I had to change my delivery to come to the store because they would not leave my package without a signature. They charged $5 more dollars for the change on top of my $20 to get it faster. Then I went to pick it up and they closed five minutes early. I have to wait another day and now Im three days from where I paid for early delivery and should have just set up for standard shipping. I put partial blame on best buy, I just wanted to pick it up at the store!

The staff at this UPS Store are very nice. I drop pre-labeled packages off here all the time so that their UPS driver can take get them on their way faster. Never a problem.
