A friend introduced me to this company. I took my laptop to them & met Joe, the Computer Engineer and explained the problem that I had with it for almost a year. Even though I considered myself pretty good in computers, I was really surprised that he took me right in and in just 15 minutes he took apart the laptop and fixed it. It was amazing, I asked him about the price, he told me it was a very minor problem and he showed me the details and thought me what to do if that booting problem came back on, he did not charge me a penny, even though I insisted. I can not thank him enough, I hope he would read this review. I will surely go back to them when I want to upgrade my laptop.

Saved my laptop from nasty coffee spill! Bob and his team promptly cleaned keyboard and hardware of my new HP laptop after I inadvertently spilled a cup of sticky and sugary Creme Brulee latte from Starbucks... My laptop is only two months old... Yes, imagine my frustration! The Computer Tech Inc guys were ale to give me back my laptop as cleaned as it can be and in a very short time frame... Note, this was an emergency and they were mindful of the sensitivity of this job. Also, Bob went a step beyond and after identifying two Trojan horses in my computer, he cleaned them and installed a free antivirus that is already working great. I highly recommend this place.

I have relied on CTI for all my computer needs since first being referred by a friend in 2001. In addition to recovering data from several hard drive crashes and routinely extending the life of several PCs and HP printers in a very timely and cost-effective fashion, the technical experts at CTI repaired a MacBook Air almost two years ago that is still running smoothly. It is very personalized service that makes any follow-up very convenient and cost-effective. I believe they have been at the same location in Arlington for almost 30 years and I highly recommend their services.

OK...so my Toshiba laptop back hinges broke, I panicked, I called Computer Tech. The store was closing, but Reza told me to come in and they would stay late...no problem. They are very knowledgeable and fair. I recommend Reza and the team at CTI without hesitation.
