I hate going there. I am the closest neighbor to them; even though, there is this guy his name is chaveek, who is very nasty, big mouth and very arrogant. he has no thing to do with the technicality or logic, however, he will talk trash about brands, about you sometimes, and how you bought such a product! or the way you used it! you will feel so judged, under attack and helpless with this guy. I talked to him two times, both times he made me feel so frustrated(Cant say here how far frustrated though). I dealt with the owner of this place before, I hate him, for being so nice and so cooperative and such a great person enough to let this piece of garbage work for him. I cant believe this guy chaveek telling me how dell is "trash" I can find their printers on Salvation Army for $1 or $2, and I didnt even tell him what is the problem yet, and then he is so rudely hang up the phone, without even listen what questions do I have, for him to decide if he can help or not. Only I said Dell printer, then he started talk trash about it, and how his DOD technical persons who work with him at night hate this brand and then hang up! what an ASS.

The guys at PRO Computers are fantastic. I highly recommend them. They were just what I was looking for. I did not want a place that is a huge multi-national chain that hires people that dont care. I also did not want a place that would take my computer and work on it for 2 weeks. When I found PRO Computers they knew what they were doing, and were willing to help me right away. They opened up my computer in front of me within 2 minutes of getting in the door. They identified the problem quickly. Then they let me choose whether I wanted them to fix it, or whether I wanted them to teach me how to fix it myself. They will certainly fix your computer, but I was thrilled to find a place that was also willing to teach. In addition he gave great suggestions to every other customer in the store about how to keep things running well, and how to find good products in the future. They were very nice, very helpful, and they do not over charge at all. The price of everything was really good. They were clearly setting the price based on the cost of the parts, and what is fair.

I purchased a lap top computer a while back - 2005 from an internet based company in Ohio. It was about $1,500.00. I was heart broken. It was a major lemon. I called BBB, mayor in this Ohio town, posted a major complaint on the net. Then I took it to Pro computers. They did an evaluation and said yes it was bad! The gave me a few other suggestions that I should do and finally suggested that I could trade the computer to them for parts and they gave me a laptop for minimal and I STILL have it! Not problems and they do any maintenance/upgrades. I have recommended people from embassy, businesses and individuals to Pro Computers and where the GEEKS at Best Buy have told them nothing could be done, Chavik and his team were able to fix these systems with ease. When I have had problems and needed the computer back for my projects, they would call me late at night to come and get the system. Caring, honest, hardworking and you will be hard pressed to find a company that is as good as this one. No one else works on my computers.. Thank you guys! DEM

Terrible service. These guys are not the most honest fellows. They are sometimes very rude and seem to take advantage of female clients. They will tell you one price over the phone and quote you something higher. They will tell you their work is warrantied but when you come in under warranty period, they give you the 5th degree as if you stole something. Very, very unprofessional!!! I would not recommend using them as there are better alternatives in the Alexandria/Annandale, VA area. For instanced some computer repair guys will come to your home free of charge to pick up your product free of charge. If you do use them, keep your receipt!!!

These guys are great. I have been using their services for 7 years now for my computers, my wifes computers and my sons. They always treat me with respect and they do great work. I have always been satisfied and impressed with the amount of work they do for the price they charge. I would recommend them to anyone. Just like Ebay you are always going to read some bad reviews, mostly from people who probably didnt treat the staff with respect. Dont forget about the people who are scam artist and try to get stuff for free.

I have been there twice, and the last time they took forever to fix my laptop. I called to get it back after 4 or 5 days as I never heard anything about what was wrong, or an estimate, and they said they didnt have it, as they use sub-contractors (computer geeks who fix stuff at their homes). In any event, they finally fixed it, and it worked, but after several months, the same power issue came back and I could no longer power it up. I will not be going back to this place.

I had taken my sons gaming laptop to Micro Center and they said it would need to be shipped to Taiwan to be fixed and it would be gone several months. I took it to Pro Computers and they fixed it in the shop in under a week. In addition, after the repair when the keyboard would not light up, they quickly fixed it at no charge. They are my new go to place for computer issues.

These guys were very helpful and honest. Took my Gaming PC up there after it had been shipped from Florida and not working properly, they quickly found the problem and it was fixed within a couple hours. Will definitely be using these guys anytime I have any computer issues in the future.
