It is rare in this day and age to find someone that delivers such good service. My computer was hanging and crashing. Jeff defined the problem & gave an estimate, on the spot, after a brief assessment. He made a promise that if it was over that amount he would call to get my go-ahead,. He had also set a finish date which was only 2 working days. Remarkably he called on that date to tell me it was fixed and ready to go at the estimated price. Now thats the way to do business! Most people in this business drag it out and you really dont know what is going on. You are at their mercy The box office store in town would have charged much more with a much longer wait time. I highly recommend Total Tech Solutions, LLC for all your tech needs. Ive also purchased my mouse and a replacement computer cord there, on previous occasions. Both were reasonably priced and less than other vendors in the area.

I am a new resident of the area and was a bit worried about finding a good new tech group. I was very pleased that my choice turned out to be just what I needed and more. My computer died immediately after moving in and Jeff came to my rescue immediately with help on selecting a replacement and then working very hard on transferring data from the old model. He even gave me the time to stop in after business hours to pick up the new computer so I would not wait through the weekend without it. Cannot ask for more personalized experience than that. There was a major issue with my laptop’s network adapter. The staff at Total Tech Solutions gave it preliminary evaluation. Rather than trying to undertake an uncertain repair that would be potentially expensive, they provided me with an easy workaround. They were both friendly and helpful, and they have earned my business in the future.

Jeff was great fixing my computer honest did not have the part to fix it but said he would have it the next day. Called me at 10 am with it fixed. Gave me a quote an that was what he charged. If I have anymore problems I would not hesitate to go back. Great job Jeff.
