My husband and I have been working with Real Computer Solutions for almost 3 years and have been thrilled with their service. They have the ability to listen carefully and get to the root of the problem. They also have a unique ability to diagnose the problem in laymans terms and come up with solutions a non-technical person (that would be me) can understand. Most importantly, over time, they have solved multiple problems for our family computer and television needs, including clearing out especially difficult viruses and meeting the audio needs of a very elderly viewer. We recommend them highly!

Vinny did an excellent job configuring our server and even went the extra mile to hook up all of our printers and fax machines. The price was just right and the service was great. Viruses are gone. I got big screen saying "Your computer is infected by viruses, your data are corrupted" and it stopped working. They took care of it. Hourrahh ! none of my files and family pictures is lost, the viruses are gone. I like the way they explain me the problem, the solution, their customer service. Thank again techs.

I just got my Droid2 yesterday and no one at Verizon could connect my work and personal emails. In less than 30 minutes Vinni had me up and running!!! I shouldnt have even wasted my time at the Verizon store becuase Vinni was the one that got my Blackberry set up two years ago. I highly recommend Real Computer Solutions!

Great Service! We had a problem with our desktop that nobody could fix, or figure out what was wrong. They quickly figered out what it was and took care of it. Very impressive customer service too. I wish every company would provide that kind of service.
