We went to this store for a quick mid-week shopping trip. Very few registers were open so we went through self check-out. At the end of the transaction the card readers said my card was declined. So I tried again, knowing there was plenty of money in my account. Again the reader declined the transaction. So the third time I processed it as credit and all but $20 went through. Not understanding, I look at my bank account to see the store has repeatedly charged my card until my account balance was zero!! When I asked for the manager, he told me this "happens all the time" and theres nothing he can do about it. I should just wait and see if the charges fall off. If not then come tell the store and they would fix it then. WHAT?!?! So now my account is empty and I have no faith that this store has any intentions of fixing it.

Its pretty clean but their service needs to worked on. I guess, they had moved some stuff around and the person I had asked for help- was blatantly F/:kg rude. The said- F/:kg- What? I didnt have time for their attitude and I went looking for the manager to ask for help- to find the goods I wanted. Sometimes the staff are rude- be frank with them not rude- thanks for your time and Ill find my own way. I dont go this grocery store that often.

This Giant Food is clean, well stocked, and well maintained. Their meat, seafood, and produce departments normally offer a wide, fresh variety of items.

They have a lot of different brands, but not a wide variety in what they have. You may have to find your item else where if it is not standard.
