Horrible customers service. I have been shopping from them for last 10 years, I asked for $10 quarters today as cash back and the store manager (African American lady ) was unprofessional, mean and careless. Very bad attitude. She is always having a bad day. She never changed. She never appreciate our business. Well, I dont have to go back, just driving 1/2 mile to trader joes for better quality (organic ) for the same price or less and away better customers service.Someone needs to send her to management training or something. By shopper! !!!

This shoppers prices are above other grocery stores especially their meat. For instance 3lb of ground beef is $15 here while the same thing is only $9 at safeway. They have very poor customer service. Hopefully you wont have any questions because there would be no one to help you. I would say just stay away unless y I u have to get an item really quickly. Even then its hard because the check out lines are long. This place definitely needs to be managed better.

Firstly the shopping center takes a long time to exit - theres always a line of cars to get out an exit with a light. The appearance of the store is sloppy - older building with food spills found throughout. Disappointed that yogurts I bought were cracked in the bottom and leaking. Produce can look a little less than ripe. I will say their donuts are great, if you get them early in the day.

Last time I was in self check out there one of the employees accused me that I was trying take one fruit without pay, he take out the fruit of my bag, I say him check, he find the fruit registered in the machine, and said me that he can not see the fruit in the other machine, the worst thing was that, he doesnt said sorry at least, was very uneducated. I felt very bad.

Ate from the hot bar this morning,...came down with a nasty case of food poisoning. I have advised the management. This place is generally a good shopping experience - the non-check out staff are very helpful and friendly. The checkout staff, however....the opposite.

It was a nice clean store. The only thing I didnt like what that the gut at the deli left me standing there for a long time. Right when I was about to go get a manager he showed back up and helped me.

Good prices. Their colossal donuts are amazing. Be sure to try them, especially the cronut. They also frequently give out coupons for $10 off $50, which can bring your bill down considerably.

Enjoy the low prices...a plus Do not enjoy the milk that goes sour 4 days before the sell by date or the rolls that mold up 3 days after purchase.
