Giant fue una empresa con autonomía de dar buena atención y la venta de productos seleccionados ¡ ya no lo es ! sus productos en todas las áreas están asignados por un análisis de mercadeo, muy fuera de lo qué son la selección, calidad de productos comestibles: en otras palabras los asignados de proveer los productos seleccionados, imponen al consumidor sus ideas, con pensamientos equivocados, los clientes no estamos obligados a comprar, an creado un ambiente hostil entré trabajadores, y tristeza de los clientes al observar los resultados de la mala administración general de todos los Giant y el esfuerzo del personal en la lucha de mantener con vida la empresa.

I have been shopping at this Giant Food location for may years and have observed a steady decline in service and product quality. The seafood department in particular has been very disappointing. There is never an attendant at the seafood department and customers have to wait for someone to arrive for 10 or 15 minutes. Once the attendant arrives, he appears annoyed. Fresh salmon has been not fresh the last two times I purchased from Giant. This is not acceptable in my opinion. Another issue is with carts. This location has plenty of oversized carts which are not suitable for people who are not making a large purchase. There are only 10 smaller carts available in the store and are always in use. I have asked the management numerous times to supply more small carts over the past few months, no result.

I enjoy the selection of groceries and products sold here because theyre reasonably priced compared to all other super markets. The staff is usually helpful and nice. The best tech feature is the self checkout, but its also the worst feature when not working. Sometimes there are enormous lines, sometimes there arent. There is a very decent wine and beer selection inside. That pastries and breads are also of good selection. There is a healthy foods section for those who want to buy gluten free products.

Average grocery store, below average produce, good variety of brands, and lack of a consistent focus on the consumer make this a thoroughly average to disappointing location for a relatively bland chain. I continue to try to convince my wife to take our business elsewhere, but considering how much she complains about this establishment I have been surprisingly unsuccessful.
