Saturday Morning June 4, 2016 I walked in to purchase an electric motor for my driver side window. The lady that tried to help me stated that they did not have the piece and that it will be available at 7pm that night. I did not receive a call back nor e-mail so I decided to wait. On June 9th I called to see if the part came in and the lady literally had me on hold for 20 minutes. Once she took me off hold she told me that it wasnt in yet to check back with them on June 10th at 10am. I called back around 1:30 on June 10th and explained the situation, the same lady put me on hold for about 5 minutes now too bad right. When she got back on the line she clearly said I (((Think))) the piece is in now. Think? What do you mean think? I just asked her if I could get a refund. She then said stated she didnt know if I could get a refund that she would have to look at the receipt and hung up in my face. :) I recommend speaking to anyone other than the Lady named Jenny thats if you do not want to be disappointed.

I bought 8 items including 2 brake pads (front and rear), 3 brake rotors (2 front both and 1 rear), 1 greatneck for compressing piton, and 2 brake lubricant. I trust them and did not check again the receipt. When I got home, I did realize I was deceived by buying 9 items. I do believe the cashier checked out one more item while I was checking the inside of the brake box. After knowing, I called them, there was an employer answered my phone with only a sentence: "Hold on a second, sir". Then the phone was only bip bip ... Becareful and check the items before you get out of store.

The people here need to fix their attitude. I have never seen such rude customer service. The only reason this is getting two stars is for the young gentleman who help us out. We needed help with a battery and the girl just shrugged her shoulders, sighed and went to speak to someone to help us in the most annoyed voice. One guy she asked said F*** no right in front of us. It was sprinkling outside and I didnt know that they could get electrocuted even when the car is off. The gentleman who finally helped us explained that. I will never come here again.

I am writing to commend an employee Brian (assistant store manager). I am a frequent customer here as I drive for Uber. Brian is wonderful. He is always extremely helpful, courteous, and provides excellent customer service. I dont know where I would have been without him these last 8 months without his help and advice. He truly knows his stuff. In contrast, the store manager, is a total jerk. Every time I have to deal with him, his is constantly rude, abrupt, and unfriendly. Brian should be the store manager, not him!

This was the worst experience ever. I will never go back here. I needed brake pads, they did not have it in stock. They ordered and promised it would be in next day by Noon. I waited to hear from them and nothing. I went in at 2:30 PM and they had no idea where they were. If I could give Zero Stars I would. I am still waiting for the pads. I tried to call and the phone just rings and rings with no answer. Beyond frustrated!!!!!!!!!!

We went there set on purchasing a new battery since our cars battery died twice recently for no apparent reason. The clerk (didnt get his name) voluntarily offered to check our battery first. He noticed the wiring was loose, grabbed some tools, tightened the clamp and we havent had any issues since nor did we have to spend unnecessarily for a battery we didnt need.

Worst place. I went to return a part. Even though I paid in cash they put it on some gift card. When I asked the reason the Night time manager refused to answer and listen to me. He showed me the door by saying he has no time . If you want to deal with some people who have ego issues and humiliated by just being a customer this is the right place

Called in to get a pigtail connector for a taillight. I ordered it over the phone, and gave them my phone number. Called back a few days later only to find out they didnt have it, and they couldnt tell me why. They said they would check in the back, and after 20 min of waiting on the phone, I just gave up. Lady on the phone was very rude.

Just called to check part availability and the guy told me they dont have it, which is understandable. Asked if he could check what location might. He said sure and placed me on hold, 15 mins+ on hold and still didnt pickup. I hung up and tried to call back and it rang forever. Horrible customer service.

They were pretty helpful and quick to test my car battery that I thought was dead (it needed a jump everyday to start). Within a few minutes, I knew they battery was fine, but the alternator was low on voltage. Saved me the money of buying a new battery for no reason.
