I called the store before calling the towing truck just to make sure they could change the battery for me. I explained the whole situation and they said I could go there and have the battery replaced right away. So the towing truck comes, takes my car to AutoZone, I go inside to get the battery and they tell me they dont have the one for my vehicle and they have to order it. Now, I called before going; I didnt just show up!! Seriously?????? Luckily Advance Auto Parts was nearby and they were able to help me out.

Walked in for a simple purchase. Turned right around and went next door to the Advance Auto. 10-12 people waiting to be checked out, and confusion and frustration was obvious. I dont understand why people would put up with this with another auto parts store a few stores away - literally 2 min walk. First impressions matter - will now always start at Advance Auto as preferred auto parts store

Dont waste your time calling them. Worst customer service over the phone. I ask to see if they have a certain part in their inventory and the guy just says Ill look for it hold on. And puts me on hold. Doesnt even ask for what car its for or nothing. Its happened more then once already.

Staff is great and clearly work hard and know what they are doing. Only reason I cant do 5 stars is that during busier times they dont have enough staff to make the wait reasonable. I stood in last be for 20 minutes once and have seen similar lines on several occasions.

I needed a motorcycle battery, so I call and as I am describing the vehicle..."the attendant says "Hold On.." I am on hold right now as I am writing this review. And yes it has been over 20 minutes! Poor (communication, professionalism, customer service)

Staff are helpful and the selection is great, but it can take forever to checkout. Its not uncommon to have to wait in line 5-15 minutes. Free check-engine light checks are a plus. Lots of parking in the parking lot and easy to get to off of Georgia Ave.
