The assistant store manager her name is (Martha) Shows the worse customer service ever when ever Im in the store she always gives me a hard time she refuses anything I try to return regardless if its used or not so I went to return a star bit set that was never used she took one look at me and said no this is not the first encounter each time I half to contact the district manager I dont no how she earned her position in a customer service role, but she needs additional training. I have never felt so disrespected and devalued by an employee, especially one at manager level. I drove miles away to a farther location because a MANAGER lacks respect, customer service, and had an awful attitude. Also i duno if this lady dont like me because I called the Dm on her but she treats me like trash every time I come to Autozone as a customer I give the same. Respect that is shown to me the store manager his name starts with a j he was very helpful he apologized for her attitude I thanked him but as far as Im concerned that type of attitude is unacceptable and then she told the red shirt not to help me so the red shirt then looked past me and ask for the next person in line ultimately disrespectful on all levels if it was up to me I wouldnt give any stars

Do not come here. I would give 0 stars if possible. 3 employees working at 1:00 on a Saturday, go figure. Being understaffed isnt their fault, okay, I get that. But when youre understaffed, you have to find a way to perform more efficiently in order to compensate for the lack of staff. This is common sense. You do NOT allow one employee to pick and choose who to help, in order to avoid taking on time-consuming tasks herself. This is HER own explanation, Im not making this up. I stood in line for 40 minutes for a BATTERY check and had people who were coming in after me leaving before me because they were "making purchases". But dont worry, when you finally get to the front of the line, after waiting 40 minutes for a battery check, an employee will actually say to you with a straight face in all seriousness, "Okay, let me just finish clearing up the line (which is still really freaking long because we suck at our jobs) and Ill be right with you." And 15 minutes later, when youve finally had enough and decide to speak to the manager, she will get defensive and say, "Okay! Ive never seen you before, jeez." Its literally your pathetic job to see me and you need a new one. DONT COME HERE.

Accused of stealing because I complained about waiting 20 minutes to check out. Apparently the assistant manager believes if black people complain, we also will steal. I purchased three items for my brother and AutoZone had his telephone number on file. The assistant manager called after the store closed, accusing me of not paying for a $25.00 socket set. I had three boxes and was never given a bag. He spent almost an hour helping two customer manually enter a credit card after it declined. At least ten people where in line, while two people in the back never came up front to help. When I asked for the manager, I was immediately told he was off for the day. Several people in line behind me, ending up leaving because of the insane wait. Will NEVER return and both managers need new jobs.

I had a horrible experience trying to get a refund on a battery I had returned. It took about 2 weeks to get $90 back for a battery that I had returned, but they processed it incorrectly. After several calls to the local store, I had to contact corporate - this set them straight. I ended up having to return to the store to process the refund (as I had originally tried to) which took about another 45 minutes just to wait to be serviced. This place seems to be in constant disarray and the staff is pretty slow. The clientele is also a bit rude and will cut in line if you arent careful. The only upside is they have a lot of items in stock.

I have been treated like dirt several times by staff. Too bad because I buy at least $200/month off RockAuto. But I would never give any $ to these people. Once I dropped off oil and asked if they would open the back door instead of me hauling dirty oil cans all over their store. The black guy behind the counter boomed, "we aint opening no back doors for no one. you can bring the cans in the front door or nothing." Wow. Did he really have to say that? I dont have to give my money to you so see you later. He could of just politely asked to bring them through the front. No reason to treat me like an animal.

This is a great place to go if you are a non english speaking latino immigrant. If you speak english, which the staff barely does, it creates problems. Beyond the language barrier is the fact that these people cannot spell anything properly, so they cant find parts in their own store, dont know what most things are called at all, and the service is horrible. you will wait for 10-20 minutes if there are a few people in front of you. the staff is rude, obnoxious, and likes to mock and insult white customers in spanish, thinking they will not understand them. this place sucks.

This auto zone has a large parking lot which is a plus plenty of space to park. The staff was very helpful in finding ding the headlight I needed for my car (lexus es 300). After I finally changed my light bulb while listening to the radio and other things my battery died and although the store was a bit busy someone came out quickly and gave me a jump. Side note my battery was going bad at the time I just didnt replace it at that moment. Anyway very good location.

Great experience. Honored my warranty request on my life-time brakes, and with pleasure. Many thanks to the attendants at the Leesburg Autozone. (And dont worry about about a previous comment about being a "non english speaking latino immigrant." Their English is great and have the latino charm to boot.

Apparently they dont help my kind here. Youre next? Too bad. Never again. Ill go anywhere else before I ever go here. I would give it ZERO stars if I could. Discrimination is spoken here. Last time I was here someone almost got in a fight because they wouldnt help him.

Decent selection, but they were understaffed and check-out took about 15 minutes. While waiting in line I checked out Amazons prices for the headlights I was buying and they were about half the price. A need-only store from now on for me.

No different than any good auto parts store Ive been in. Not sure about all the claims about non-English speakers. Everyone I heard working was speaking pretty clear English. Read my error codes on my car quickly and professionally.

I was lucky this time with a very helpful lady that was knowledgeable, customer oriented and precise. Most of these auto zone arent very helpful even to look and support customers for things they advertise.
