What a HORRIBLE experience. I am not a competitor just a regular insurance customer who got referred to this company by AAA. Rude tow truck driver. Some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Not only did they arrive 30 minutes late but they didnt even tow my car. Then they told AAA that I had refused their service. This was the last straw. The rudeness I can deal with. The lies to cover your profit margins I will not stand for. Be warned the other google reviews are paid for. Do not do business with these people if you are looking for professional customer service.
