I used to come to this place for all my car part needs. The staff they recently hired are young and unable to provide assistance when a customer walks in. Youll normally see one guy at the register while 4 guys are standing around talking behind the register. The staff needs better training and a manager on duty. On top of that they wouldnt return or at the very least give me a $14 store credit on a bulb which they wrongly told me to purchase in the first place, just because I couldnt provide them with a receipt. Customer service gone wrong. Hope others have a better experience.

Great selection of automotive tools for do it yourself jobs and for automotive companies alike. Would recommend Advanced Auto Parts to anyone who needs parts or additions to there vehicle and can rely on them to maintain the same amount of excellence next time they need or decide to choose them again for there automotive needs

It is what it is. The staff is helpful and can tell you of places to look if they dont have it. Just be careful if buy generic parts for your car.
