I was very satisfied with the service and care I received from Rusty and the service team. I knew that I had issues with my car that I had ignored for some time. Of primary importance were the leaks and of secondary importance were the mechanical buzzes, clanks, rattles. Rusty walked me through the needed repairs to the cooling system and diagnosed and suggested repairs to address the mechanical issues. I was particularly impressed that Rusty and his team were able to solve some issues that really took away from the enjoyment of driving this 2 liter turbocharged in line 4. The Eurotech team restored my enthusiasm for driving the car. These were the same issues that the dealer should have been able to address in multiple visits but failed to ! I was not expecting a bargain but I was expecting reasonable rates along with knowledge and experience and that is what I got. They will help me get this engine from 98K miles to over 200K. I also appreciated the team giving me the "whats next" on the car based on their inspection so I know what to plan for in coming months.

I purchased an Audi from Eurotech at the end of May and in the past 30 days its been in their shop at least 2 days every week. The day after I bought it the engine light came on and it started really hard (turning over but not catching). I brought it into Rusty who told me the car burped and reset the light but didnt fix anything. The next day the light was back on and the car was having trouble starting again. Rusty took it in for two days and gave it back in the same condition. This continued for 4 weeks, continually getting worse (hes had it for 4 days this week) and now the electrical issues have begun. Window switches dont work, the knob to adjust the side mirrors and the door locks dont work. On top of that, the oil light flashes and the car beeps at me and the overhead lights are staying on. This is by far the WORST car buying experience Ive ever had and the most trouble Ive ever encountered with a mechanic. Theyve been very rude and unhelpful each time Ive called. I will never do business here again. Consider yourself warned.

I have had 2 Volkswagens, 2 Fords and a Saab that we have had serviced through Eurotech over the last 15 years. In those years, the team there has always been able to find and fix any issues for me with terrific professional courtesy and fairness. I have never had a bad experience there. The owners have always been present and available whenever I have gone there, and I have to say, it is really great to have who works on your car actually remember who you are and go out of their way to ensure you are not inconvenienced while your car is disabled. Having your car repaired is never fun, and inevitably cost more than one ever hopes, but in saying that, I have been pleasantly surprised more times than not at Eurotech and have never felt that I could have had the work done better, faster or cheaper anywhere else. It is hard to find decent repair guys. These guys are the real deal. Thank you, Rusty and Rick...

I started bringing my very old Audi A4 1.8 car to Eurotech for service as a recommended by a friend 6 years ago. The service was not only great, Rusty let me know when it was time to let go of my "old Audi" instead of continuing to put money into something that would continue to get older and more costly. It was at that time that I bought my first used car from Eurotech. I couldnt have been happier with my purchase. In the last 6 years, I have purchased 3 additional cars from Rusty. Not only for me, but for family members. I send all my friends and family to Eurotech for their Auto needs. I feel like Im heard when I share what I want and need in a vehicle rather than being pushed into buying something that I dont want or need. They treat me like family. Eurotech is where I will ALWAYS go for my used car needs and new or used car service.

When I bought my car here the service was very good, they got me set up very fast and we made the purchase easily. Dont get me wrong they were very nice here! BUT the car fell apart two months later. There was a 30 warranty and they replaced what fell apart that first month. But it is now a year and half later and there is something new every month, my mechanic told me that I payed WAY too much for the shape it was in. Just be aware that they dont have the highest quality cars. I am sure that some are though so just be sure you bring it to a good mechanic before to let you know if you are going to be pouring thousands into the car within the first year. Good luck.

The only reason I gave this establishment one star is because I had to rate it above a zero. The service here was down right terrible. The owner whom I talked to (Rusty) was just rude and in no way helpful at all. I had bought a vehicle from this establishment and brought the car back for routine service. Due to price and time constraints I had them wait on the fix so that I could look for a more viable option. Long story short they quoted me for a part worth $160 when I found the same part for $40! While dealing with them I was hung up on several times. My one advice to anyone willing to take it is this: take your business anywhere besides EuroTech.

Eurotech Sales and Service has taken very good care of me. I have bought two cars from them this year. What is particularly helpful is there concierge service to pick up my car at the airport and when I travel and bring it back before I return, all for no charge. Rusty Berger went out of his way to find a very specific SUV I was looking to purchase and was in constant contact with me during the acquisition process. He and his partner Rick are available via, phone, text and email which is helpful to me. Any repair I have had done has been professionally done at a fair price. Best of all I don’t have to bring it back after the repair is completed

When I had to give up on my old car (not worth sinking money into) Rusty offered me a loaner to drive while he looked for my "new" to me car.
