If I could rate this store no star I would cause it dont deserve even one. Last night 5/15/16 Me and my husband and kids were in this Walmart just doing regular shopping like no other customer. My little boy like any typical kid seen skateboards in the middle aisle next to the electronics he asked my husband what was the difference between a long board and regular skateboard. So my husband showed him riding it. They were on the way to the bathroom which was right around the corner. Assistant manager JERRY was so rude told my husband to get off it, so my husband put it right back but rode it back to where it went. My son still in the bathroom my husband went back to wait outside the door for him. JERRY then mumbling under his voice saying to my husband your done. My husband said WHAT and JERRY said get out of the store for not listening. My husband then started to tell JERRY Im waiting for my son, which is 6 years old cant get left alone in the store. I will leave once he comes out. For a manager JERRY should know the routine if he has children at least understood but nope he kept sitting there telling my husband to leave. It caused my husband to get upset cause he did everything the man said he was just waiting. He then wanted to walk us out like some thieves with a full cart of stuff we were going to purchase. JERRY then threatening saying he was going to call the cops cause we were not leaving, which we were. Saying it was private property and we needed to leave cause of our language. We asked for a manager above him and he said he is the manager on duty. What was it him kicking us out cause my husband was showing our 6 years old the difference in the boards or swearing. It was humiliating this man ran us out of the store like we were some convicts. FYI I didnt purchase anything he can go put it all back. I wont purchase a thing from this Walmart again. Customer service and being treated like that was crazy. On the way out my husband dropped his ID getting our keys out of his pocket and JERRY picked it up and wasnt even give it back. The other assistant manager had to ask my husband if he wanted his ID. Why wouldnt JERRY say something. I want this man talked to or even displined about his actions customer service was poor this is horrible expierence my 6 year old started crying cause he was scared the way this man treated us. SMH to JERRY at T-vile Walmart providing the most rudest customer service ever. Hope no one else is ever treated like a low class citizen by this man.

DO NOT SHOP HERE (if you are caucasian). The shopper in front of me while on line at the register had several items that she requested to be price matched. The cashier did not ask the shopper for any information about the product to be price matched other than the price. When it was my turn to be rung up, I asked to have items price matched. Two of the items to be price matched were identical to the previous shopper ahead of me. Instead of being treated the same way, the cashier asked me not only for the price, but the location of the sale item AND tossed a stack of flyers in front of me telling me to find each item when she did not do the same for the customer in front of me. This is only an issue because the Walmart cashier treated me (a caucasian) differently than she did the shopper that was directly ahead of me in line because she was Hispanic. In this day and age, there is no reason to have discrimination of any kind. Do not support discrimination of any kind. Do not shop here. Follow up. Went to the customer (dis)service counter to pay for my Family Mobile (Walmart) cell bill. Was told that I can only use cash or debit card to pay cell bill. When i asked why, the response was we wont let you, "rob from Peter to pay Paul." Yes, the Walmart employee called me a thief to my face because I wanted to use a credit card to pay my bill. When the phone was purchased at this specific walmart, the electronics department said that the bill could be paid in-store by credit card. This was obviously a lie to get the sale. A person can use a credit card to pay for the bill online, just not in this store. Also, if you are a male with a backpack (common for motorcycle riders), then dont shop here. You will watch one female after next walk into the store with oversized purses, diaper bags, or even backpacks without any harassment. But, a male with a backpack will be told that they must relinquish their possession to a locker which they wont give you the key for. I agreed to give up my backpack until told that they assume no responsibility for the item(s) that they demanded. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their lack of responsibility for what they demand, I was asked to leave or will be removed. This discrimination should have no place in our culture.

I swore this store off years ago because of incredibly rude employees when they used to be open 24 hours. I stopped going for about 10 years and decided to give it a chance again. Nothing has changed, employees are still rude, they are out of a lot of things constantly, produce sucks and god forbid if youre unfortunate enough to be there near closing time. Youll be treated to the lady in electronics prompting you every few minutes over the entercom that the store is closing soon in a tone that seems so rude and full of disdain that you cant tell if shes being serious or sarcastic. If youre still in the store and not at the registers after midnight you will be greeted by a hostile employee remind you that the store is now closed and to head to the front to check out. If you dont, they will follow you the entire time until you leave. I thought this was a fluke or someone just having a bad day....nope! This has happened every time Ive been there at closing. Then several people will hang out and watch you check out, its creepy and makes you feel like a criminal, not to mention extremely unwelcome. I went in a few weeks ago to buy a new TV and spent close to $400. What blew my mind is that it was about 10 minutes until closing and when I asked the lady in electronics (the same one who does the announcements) to go get the TV she said, "Well we are about to close"....and just stared at me. I said well then you still have time to go get it for me then. Like really? Im soooo sorry to put you out with my $400 purchase! Ill be taking it back and buying it somewhere else after tonight. As a kid who grew up in the cold war era, we would hear horror stories of communist controlled stores in Russia. This is probably as close as Ill ever get to experiencing something like that. The only good thing I can say about this store is there is a guy named Chad who works in electronics who is over-the-top good at his job. He can be a bit much but really brings his A-game every time Ive seen him there. Overall though, avoid this Walmart if you can, especially near closing time. Ill never shop here again.
