I spent over an hour in this store and wanted to purchase about $100 with of items. Got to the register and it couldnt read my card. The cashier re-scanned all of my things and ran a separate card and it still didnt work. They were pretty busy at the time so crowds of people were checking out at the registers next to me just fine but for some reason the register I was at would not work. The screen prompted the cashier to call my card company for approval and she wouldnt. She didnt even attempt to, just stared at me like I was crazy. The manager came over and didnt offer to check me out at another register even after I requested to. She said "the weather outside causes our internet to go in and out". Thats funny, because no other customers seem to be having this problem. I ended up just walking out. They should have offered to comp my whole order for the inconvenience.

Potential employees at Shopko on Redwood - BEWARE!!! This is the worst employer I have EVER been hired by. The management is clueless, the training severely lacking and the other employees are NOT helpful. They promised to start me at $7.75 an hour (nowhere near a living wage, but for just starting, accepted it) - however they only paid $7.40. Their management is apparently overwhelmed and overworked - running everywhere without a purpose. They expect you to automatically know things and get mad when you dont. And GOD FORBID if you are closing and dont have everything cleaned out by 9 p.m. - the rest of the closers have to assist with every department and never a thank you in sight. Most ridiculous place EVER!!!

Bought a patio set from this location. Wasnt able to fit it in my Charger. Manager said he would put it on hold until the next day for me to come pick it up. When I got to the store the next day the manager was a complete ass hole. Said that they sold it and they could only give me a ten dollar discount and I would have to disassemble the display model myself. We got a refund for the table and the manager threw the reciept and money at my wife.. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANY SHOPKO AGAIN!

The only reason why I come to the shop go is because when I name brands are on sale its always a really good deal especially with the coupon codes they send in emails! Other than that the store is generally offer price and understaffed. I have never been there when the bathrooms are clean. The ladies room always smells terrible is usually out of toilet paper paper towels or toilet seat covers. I have where using the restroom at all costs.

Terrible! Went there to pick up an entertainment center that they had on sale in the ad. You would think they would have them accessible for people to purchase but instead after 40 minutes they still could not find what I was looking for and had already paid for. very very incompetent.. I just got a refund and left the store without what I wanted to purchase..

Acceptance Now! Dumb, Rude, Used Car Salesman. Dont finance anything Through them. Absolutely worthless people working there. Shopko manager was nice but they shouldnt partner people in their store that are so dumb and have no customer service skills.

Good prices, but the dressing room sucks. There was only 1 room for the mens. It was very small and lacked hangers. There were clothes left by other customers which were not put away and again there were no hangers to hang the clothes.

Ever since about 2016, their prices have gone up and the quality of the merchandise has gone down. Their prices are about as high as Target, but the quality of the stuff they sell is not good.

Its hit or miss. Sometimes the workers are very helpful and other times there is no one to be found. But they do have good sales. The 1 time I returned an item it went smoothly.
