I was greeted by 2 Sister missionaries they were very friendly one from England and one from Missouri. They give a great tour of the place they collect clothes and many other Goods and they sort them into three different piles for men women boys and girls in 200 pound bales and send them all over the world. They also do charity work like provide wheelchairs for people with disabilities and water wells for people who need fresh water. and many other services. They distribute these two not just members of the church but to any other people all over the world..

This is the Deseret Industries Humanitarian Center. NOT a Thrift Store. They do not sell anything here. They "prepare humanitarian supplies for use worldwide and train those desiring to develop employable skills to become self-reliant."

We bring our students here to help with the quilting. It is great to know or time is going to a good cause.
