Trina the new manager there is terrible. She knows nothing about hair or customer service she is rude. She over charged me. I told her the amount didnt sound right she ignored me and said it was fine an threw my receipt in my bag and handed it to me I pulled my receipt out told her she over charged me she said it was right I had to walk her back to the sign and show her she said she would put it back on my card Im still waiting to see the money from that. I miss jaymee she was much more knowledgeable and she knew how to treat her customers.

My favorite Salon Centric location! Jina is always so helpful and downright just the best. I had an exchange to do and lost my receipt and she still honored it. She also went out of her way to get permission to be able to do a color trade out with a brand they might not have originally taken. If I could give more then 5 stars I would!

I love coming here. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! Jina always upto date with the products and honest. Overall the store is always organized and ontop of the inventory. Im closer to the Sugarhouse location but this one is always my to go to store.
