I had a hard time picking how many stars to put for this review because my first experience with one employee was bad (horrible customer service and worthy of 1 star), but then I was helped by another employee who was very nice and helpful (5 stars). Heres what happened: I knew this location was open 24 hours, but I called around 6:30 p.m. to see if their photo center was also open 24 hours and to see if I could get my photos printed if I came in late that night. The lady I spoke to said yes. I went in at 10:40 p.m. and put in my order for my pictures on the self-serve computer. Then I went to the front to tell the employee I had done it and asked if I could get them printed please (the receipt said they would be ready at 1 a.m. but they always do it right away if you ask). She said I would have to wait till 1 a.m. because their photo computers updated from 11 to 1 and she wouldnt be able to print anything during that time. I said, "okay, but its 10:50." And it would not take more than 5 minutes to print 20 4x6 photos. She insisted that it still wouldnt be possible because she was helping other customers check out and couldnt go over to the photo center right then (she was the only one on the clock). I found it strange that she was willing to help all the customers in line behind me rather than spend 10 seconds to walk to the photo computer and press one button for me (who was in front of all the other waiting customers). But maybe she felt that the customers checking out come before someone who needs other assistance. So I waited. I let everyone go in front of me while I waited, and hoped that she would finish all these customers before 11 p.m. and then I could convince her to help me. As I waited, I noticed one customer who got in line wearing a Walgreens shirt (an employee, barely off the clock, buying something on her way out). She asked, "are you in line?" And I told her I was waiting for help at the photo center. She said she could help me. She walked the 30 feet to the photo center and pressed 1 button and my pictures were printing. It took 5 seconds, maybe 10 tops. I was so grateful! I was there on Saturday night trying to print photos for Mothers Day the next day and she totally saved me! As I checked out, the original lady who wouldnt help me said "sorry about that. I couldnt legally ask for her help since she wasnt on the clock." But honestly, that doesnt matter. She didnt need help! It would have taken her 10 seconds to help me and save me 2 hours of waiting! But she wasnt willing.

One of the most frustrating experiences Ive had with a pharmacy. I was initially told that my prescription would be 30-45 minutes to fill. I returned nearly two hours later, waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes, then was told the prescription wasnt ready for another ten minutes so I was asked to get out of line and circle back around the building. Not more than a minute later I got a text saying the prescription was ready. I went to get back in line and found there were now four more cars ahead of me so I opted to go inside. It took about twenty minutes more for the two people in front of me to be helped. When I finally got to the front of the (two person) line it took another five minutes for them to find my prescription. Turns out they had left my filled prescriptions, with my personal information, sitting on the front counter right by the customer line. Seems like the pharmacy bit off more than they could chew taking on the Kmart pharmacy customers.

The Draper Walgreens pharmacy staff does not care about customers. I went to pick up a prescription and after a cursory look, the girl told me there was nothing in their system and everything called in had been entered. Followed up with my doctor and was told the prescription had been called in to the Draper Walgreens pharmacy. Went to pick up the prescription again and was told that they had received it, but had not filled it yet since they did not have our insurance card. Since when does a pharmacy not fill prescriptions when they dont have the insurance card? More delays while we waited for them to fill the prescription, then their credit card application for the store rejected our debit card that had the money available. The girl helping us was rude and was not willing to do anything to help us get the medicine we needed. I am taking my business to pharmacy that is willing to provide great customer service.

Worst pharmacy ever! I spent all Christmas Eve morning in the hospital with kidney stones and I was finally discharged with a pain prescription from the Dr. On his legal paper with his signature, phone number and my patient information sticker. When we got to Walgreen the jerk pharmacist practically yelled at my husband that he couldnt fill it because there was no address on the prescription. Even though it was on my hospital paper pad with the name and number of the hospital! I called my nurse and she was so mad she asked to speak with the pharmacist and he refused so she wanted to talk to his manager to complain. My nurse said they write prescriptions out everyday the exact same way and have never had a problem. The pharmacist was a total unprofessional jerk. My mellow husband was so pissed he grabbed the prescription and walked out. Never going this Walgreens for anything ever again!

Another review stated: "The Draper Walgreens pharmacy staff does not care about customers." Im here to endorse that. The pharmacist was not willing to answer our questions about how insurance would cover medicine, nor did he go over instructions for my sons medication. He was incredibly rude, tossed our card back at us, and did not respond to any questions -- he just went about his business and literally seemed to avoid speaking to customers. When I say he was not willing to answer our questions, I mean when we asked a question, he responded with the total price for the medicine rather than responding to us. We will NEVER send medicine to this store again, and frankly, we wont be going to Walgreens again either -- I dont know why we felt like giving Walgreens a shot when CVS has never disappointed.

I will never use this pharmacy. They said our rx would take 1 1/2 hours or longer to fill but would send a text as soon as it was filled. Never got one. We sent the rx because they were a 24 hour pharmacy. Honestly we would have got quicker kinder service waiting for a good pharmacy. Anyway I Drove out there to get it many hours later and they were very unhelpful!! Add that I had to wait in hold for almost 30 minutes to talk to someone! No customer service. And a pharmacy should have the best, as they are dealing with sick, stressed, and unwell people! Dont use them. Youd be better to wait to use a good neighbor pharmacy than this pathetic excuse of a pharmacy. My 5 year old daughter had to suffer in pain because of their poor business and thats just not ok.
