Outstanding customer service! Vanessa and Lamar go above and beyond for their customers. Ive been in a few times before for barber supplies and Vanessa has always been very helpful, warm and welcoming. I recently purchased the Eve brand clip-in 100% human hair extensions (level 6) with the intention to color them a level darker with a red ombre effect at the ends to blend with my hair. I am a licensed cosmetologist and have colored extensions many times before so I thought this would be no problem. But the color would not take to certain strands of hair giving it a brown with blonde highlight look which did not match my natural hair. (I have never purchased this brand before and unfortunately, the manufacturer of the extensions failed to put a disclaimer on the back of the package stating NOT to color this particular brand of hair.) Also, 2 of the smallest clip-ins were missing from the package. I have fine, thin hair so I wasnt too concerned about the small pieces missing. But after 2 hair coloring processes and no luck, I called Get Sassy and spoke with Lamar and told him my situation. He was very understanding and actually cared about my concern. He called the manufacturer right away and got back to me within 15 minutes. He gave me a store credit and I came in the next day to pick up another set of extensions. I chose black this time because it blends nicely with the color I have on my natural hair. Needless to say, Get Sassy made it right! They genuinely care and are passionate about their business, and that is hard to find. I recommend them to anyone looking for beauty or barber supplies. This is a convenient store to purchase beauty supply items in the east valley. This and Sonnys Hair are the only ones that I know of. Its a very small store. I only go here because there are no other options when you need something right away (they may not even have it because the selection is very slim) Sonnys is my first choice, then here. If the daughter wasnt in the store, itd be a better experience, because she is very short , meaning quick to jump to an attitude for absolutely no reason at all. Which is very unbecoming of a so-called professional business owner. I was completely thrown off by it and dissapointed because I was a customer. But Sonnys Hair is great and its only a few miles from this location. Google it! :) Also, Mid K Beauty in Phoenix is huge and a great choice if you can make the drive. Regarding Get Sassy, I DO NOT SUPPORT poor customer service and that daughter made that small store lose a customer.

Awesome customer service! I had some issues with some extensions i bought. Usually any place that sells extensions wont do anything if the extensions dont work out. But Lamar totally made it right! The girls that were working, nyla and (i wrote it down then lost it!) Maya i think??? Totally awesome and friendly. If you need products for textured hair, this is the place! My son is mixed and i have no clue what im doing wiith his hair lol they totally helped me find the right product for him. Theyre prices are great to. I live 10 miles away but ill be going there whenever i need something they have! Thank you Lamar!

I was looking for other beauty supply stores and came across this one online. I read it was black owned and decided to drive from Mesa to chandler. It was well worth it, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I went to get burgundy jumbo braid hair. As I was looking the lady came up and asked if she could help me find something, her aura was so positive and inviting. I signed up for their membership thing and got 5% off of my purchase. Over all it was a pleaseny experience, conversation, good vibes and they didnt mind my 2 year old acting like a 2 year old. I only wish they were opened on sundays

INCREDIBLE customer service. I ordered a wig I needed for a performance! AND OMG the owner found out the wig was under priced on her website PRIOR to shipping it to me , and yet sold it to me for what I paid for it. I mean it was not a little underpriced when I went back on her website, I noticed the wig was underpriced by over 100.00 WOW. They have a lifetime customer in me. Talk about fair! On top of that she shipped it to me in time for my show! I plan to GET SASSY over and OVER again:)

Black owned business. The most excellent customer service i have ever received at a beauty supply store. The owner and her staff are very pleasant to interact with. They should teach some of these other useless business people how to run a business and have the customer keep coming back!

I think it was the owners sister that helped me out...either way she was super nice, friendly and honest. I purchased some conditioner and something else. It was a couple months ago... But I am stopping by tomorrow to get some hair LOL. Please support this local business in Chandler.
