I felt compelled to write this after my experience this morning. I couldnt believe the level of unprofessionalism. I waited in the parking lot for the store to open at 9 AM. Now, coming from someone who used to be responsible for opening up a retail store, I know that things need to be done BEFORE the time the store is supposed to open up for business, but apparently the lady working today did not think so. She was late because she was coming back from the Compass bank across the street, then of course she had to open up and log in and get her register ready. As she walked to the store from the bank, she was talking loudly on her cell phone. She was cussing, using the F word, and complaining about things at work. Even as she saw me come in, and she began doing things behind the register, she was still on the phone. It wasnt until I grabbed what I needed and approached her register that she finally hung up. She was friendly enough, but I just couldnt believe how unprofessional and irresponsible she was. Seriously! Make your phone calls and run to the bank BEFORE youre supposed to start work! Dont carry on a load conversation in front of your customer. Even if its opening time, and even if there is just one customer in the store, youre there to work, so do your job!

Sometimes I go there and the service is spectacular! Other times not so much. The manager Dianna is EXTREMELY rude and has no respect for personal boundaries. Every time I go in there she follows me around like Im going to steal something, even when I dont have a purse or anything! If you struggle trying to pull out a card or cash to pay be prepared for attitude. Its sad, I no longer enjoy Sallys like I used to.
