I was purchasing from this location for about a year. Before it was a nice friendly place to get what I needed. Just recently I was offended by I guess the manager or maybe a new employee. I walked in on a busy day to hopefully make an exchange quick and went to get the extras I needed and this manager was so rude she didnt smile or greet me. She walks up to me and yelled in my ear about me making a return. I felt like she judged me because I was African American and she just assumed either I was stealing or I didnt belong in the store. Usually I dont complain but this was absolutely the worst experience since Ive been shopping at this location. I even spoke with a few of my stylist that I work with and they confirmed that they to had bad experiences shopping there. They had even walked out left the items on the counter and just left. My suggestion on the manager in charge is...your job is manager not some pitbull ready to bite the hands that feed you. Take notes from your coworkers and learn to treat everyone with respect and equality no matter the ethnicity....Hell even if your having a rough day. We dont deserve your rude hateful attitude for what ever the heck tour going through.

LOVE THEM. Everyone there is super nice and helpful no matter what Im working on. And if I have questions they dont laugh or make me feel like an idiot they just gladly help which is AWESOME. I usually have Dani help me, she just always happens to be there when I am. She is super nice and knowledgable whenever I need something.

I prefer Salon Sentric for my hair supply needs.. The staff is nice, professional and if I have a question about something, I dont have to go "hunt" someone down for an answer. The associates are usually nearby to help. Thank you Salon Sentric!
