Ive been a hairstylist for 26 years and I have to say, many times when I go in to a beauty supply store theyre not genuinely nice. I have also had experiences where what was advertised wasnt really the deal or the checker at another Sallys actually lied and said they were out of something but I had seen a full package of it behind the counter. The dishonesty bothers me a lot, especially when I buy things all the time. The other day when I went into the Lindon Sallys, Hailey and Stephanie were not only Helpful and Nice, but also caught an error on my receipt before I left the store. That made me feel like I can trust them and I also didnt get home, find the error and have to go back. I will keep going to the Lindon Sallys. Theyre Awesome!!! Btw Bill is my husband.

the employees at this location suck. i have been in multiple times and i question myself every time after, why do i keep going to this specific store?... probably bc its the closest to me. when i ask for help, all i get is snappy responses, while smacking their gum, eye rolls, when asking simple question, or trying to get some help.. there have also been times the girls working behind the register are on a call LOUD ON SPEAKER OR ON face time, having inappropriate/vulgar conversations with their friends while ringing me up?? absolutely no manners whatsoever! i will definitely avoid this store. i know that my opinion is my opinion. but it has been the worst service ever. i dont even want to give the store one star, but i have to in order to post this review.

The workers there are nice and knowledgeable, and dont mind when mostly I just buy a nail file or a cheap comb
