I went in to browse around at the fabrics. No one said hello, no one asked if I needed help etc. When I finally took my items up to be cut one Hispanic lady began helping me and she was fairly nice, as soon as she asked me how many yards some other lady comes up moves my fabric out the way and begins cutting another customers fabric. The poor little Hispanic lady just smiled at me like she was use to dealing with this behavior. I was shocked at how someone could be some disgusting and rude. I will not return to this store ever. This was by far the most dispicable act Id witnessed in a fabric store. They show extremely poor customer service and people skills and the way the poor employees was treated is beyond me.

I am from Wyoming and I asked Roxanne if she could show me how to use the ruffle foot for singer before I bought it. Shes like we cant do that I asked y I was just at the Bernina store and they showed me any foot I wanted to see. Roxanne was not willing to show me how to run the Ruffles so I bought it anyway and when I try it out its breaking needles getting caught on my fabric. I just got to say not going back to this store if they are not willing to show me how to use things

My experience has been awful so far. I brought my machine in three months ago to get serviced, and I still dont have it back. I was told by two different people that it would only take two weeks. I have called multiple times and I keep getting different answers. I missed deadlines because of this. If I would have known it would take this long, I would have taken it somewhere else. I wont be bringing it back.

Great fabric patterns, a little pricey but you cant find styles and patterns like theirs at Joanns. The sewing machine reps are very friendly and knowledgable. They have awesome kits for those who dont want to do the prep work. Overall great feeling store!

This was such a cool shop! Mostly cotton fabric, minky, and flannel. They had batting, ribbon and a few knits as well as plenty of notions. Staff was nice and friendly! :)

They have a great selection of minky and cuddle fabric. The workers never seem like theyre in a good mood, though. Otherwise, I would have given this place 5 stars.
