They have a no returns policy. I purchased $200 of (fabric almost 8 yards which was longer than many of the rolls they had on display). I called back the next morning no longer needing the fabric and they told me they could not take it back because it would be unfair to them potentially not being able to re-sale it now that they had cut a piece off of a slightly larger roll. They would not negotiate or work with me in any way. They stated that there was a sign at the entrance and on my receipt that said there were no returns when actually the receipt (that I dont receive until after I have purchased the product) says that all returns must be made with in 10 days and then below states that they not except returns on fabric, or anything else they sale.

This little store is mostly known by word of mouth. My daughter told me about it and i have been shopping there ever since. The staff is extremely helpful and you can always find someone to help you. They have tons of decorating fabrics, but also some fashion fabric delights too. The shop has been family owned for 30 years so dont expect a brand new building, but do expect quality and a decent price especially when they have a sale!

This place it awesome! Im a cosplayer, and an avid sewist, while they mostly have interior fabrics they often have many things for apparel and cosplay as well! I always find new things and often the things Ive been searching for here and have shown it to all of my friends!
