Nous sommes le 12 août 2017 et sortons tout juste de ce commerce où nous avons eu un excellent service courtois. Mon épouse est heureuse davoir pu obtenir le même prix pour ses sandales quelle avait trouvé au Famous Footwear de Vernal, UT mais il navait pas sa pointure alors quici, oui. Le jeune homme à fait un téléphone et à accepté de les vendre au même prix quà Verbal soit $5.00 de moins, $29.00 au lieu de $34.00. merci !

Nice, clean store. However, the customer service is lacking. My husband went in to buy a pair of sneakers that were on sale for $49.99. There was a bright red sign on the row of shoes saying they were on sale for that much. When my husband checked out, it ended up being the original price of the shoes, which was $69.99! My husband being the silly man that he is, wasnt paying attention and ended up paying the full price. I saw how much he paid and went back in for clarification. The lady told me that they wouldnt sell us the shoes for the sale price and was very unhelpful and seemed annoyed. Why advertise a sale and then not follow through? False advertising!

I bought shoes from here one time, and they asked for my email. I gave it to them, and after receiving tons and tons of annoying emails with all the "deals" and "sales" going on, I called the Famous Footwear customer service hotline to request that my email be removed from their email list. That was on June 13. Today is September 11. Nearly 3 months and 4 phone calls later, I am still receiving these emails. None of the people at customer service have a clue why Im still receiving them. They have great shoes, but they come at a very high and annoying price. Id consider the price youre willing to pay in order to save a few dollars on those new shoes you want.

We had such great service from Jenny. We have never bought fancy walking shoes before. Jenny showed us what to look for and helped us pick out a shoe that was was perfect. There is plenty of shoes to choose from and if you dont find your size they will make sure it is delivered to you. Thanks Jenny
