I went to Shoe Carnival for the first time on a Tuesday late afternoon and was very surprised to hear what was coming out of the employees mouths. A man and a woman were going on about "calling [a customer] back to rub her face in it" and "is it the STUPID lady?" And this was right near the stores front doors. There was also a middle-aged woman employee skipping around the store saying "Im the shoe fairy! Im the shoe fairy!" Im not even joking. Maybe it would have been funny, except that after the other employees bashed on a customer, I only found her behavior completely annoying and immature. Whoever runs this store needs to reevaluate who they hire for their afternoon shift. I will not be coming back to this store.

They had one of the lowest prices for the Vans I wanted, and I was able to get about $125 worth of shoes for $80 with coupons and their buy one, get one deal. I was welcomed each time I entered the store, as I came back several times for customer service and exchange needs. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, offering useful options, and efficient in meeting my needs. I came with a specific pair of shoes in mind, and the employees were helpful in finding these. They were also able to order a pair that they didnt have in store and have it shipped directly to my house for no extra cost. I would recommend the Orem Shoe Carnival, and I would shop here again.

I had some questions about shoes I had purchased at this store. I called and asked my question the lady there talked too her manager and told me I couldnt return my shoes. I asked her if instead of retuning I could exchange them. Instead of answering my question she said she already talked too her manager and hung up on me. extremely rude costumer service! They do have decent shoes at resonable prices but dont expect the employees to be friendly.

Shoe selection is mediocre. Not horrible but not anything to tell your friends about. Employees were absolutely gloomy and unhelpful. 2 different employees walked right past me as I walked in without a smile, greeting, or attempt to acknowledge me at all. I finally tracked down one employee for help, Lizbeth, and she seemed really annoyed that I was asking for help. We ended up going to Famous Footwear where we could feel wanted and helped.

Awful customer service, inconsistent with what the customer service line promised me they could do if I went in to the store. Super unhelpful and rude employees, required that I had the exact code of the shoe I wanted in order to get help ordering it online because they have a limited selection in store. I strongly dislike this shoe store, only came here because I was gifted a gift card but it is not functional to order online

there was a pretty good selection of shoes and I liked the feel of the store. but the employees didnt know what they were talking about. I asked two employees for help finding walking shoes that I could take the insert out of and they didnt know. one sort of pointed me in the right direction, but the shoes were not organized well and only some of them were walking shoes. I was very disappointed and wont go back there again.

For large shoe sizes, not very good selection. For everyone else, the selection is big. Seems about like any average large shoe store. Prices were higher than Payless because there were lots of name brands. But lower than your high end shoe stores. Service seems very passive. I dont recall anyone offering help. Not a bad store. Just exceedingly average.

I came from Salt Lake after calling 2 days before to ask if they would be open the day before July 4. They told me yes they would be. Well they were closed with no note on the door. There were other people waiting also. I was very disappointed that they conducted business this way.

Went in there to spend about $200 on shoes when I asked about a size seeing if they had it in the back they didnt even look they just told me they dont stock any size in the back and then if I wanted that I would have to special order it

The store exists to provide the best price on top brand shoes. I recommend shopping here if you can select shoes on your own without much help from the staff.
