The Flower Patch sends spam every 2 or 3 days. It refuses to remove email addresses from its mailing list. I encourage you to avoid this establishment. While placing a phone order, I gave Flower Patch my email address so I could get a receipt of my purchase. Now, it sends me email every 2 or 3 days. I have asked Flower Patch to stop sending email to me several time, but it refuses to do so. In fact, Flower Patch wrote the following to me: "I will add a note to your info so we do not take any future orders from you." Isnt that funny? They have the arrogance to think that I would want to do business with them in the future. I encourage you to avoid this establishment. My experience was with the Flower Patch in Bountiful. I worry that all franchises treat customers poorly so I am sharing it at this store: 7205 900 E, Midvale, UT 84047

I ordered Flowers July 29th at Flower Patch for a August 1st delivery at 2pm. I ordered 2 dozen Roses to be delivered costing $75 dollars! Flower Patch delivered them 2 hours later than expected and my wife missed the anticipated flower delivery!! Very disappointed with flower patch and will be the last time I go to flower patch! This was our first Anniversary date and Flower Patch ruined it...
