This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with! Please please please dont go unless you want poorly put together flowers and get nothing that you want. You definitely get what you pay for. I went there for my wedding flowers after going to a few places because I wanted to get an idea of pricing and heard they were a little cheaper than most places. I was getting married in July and knew that my favorite flower, peonies, usual arent available. I sat down with the lady and she was super nice and seemed to understand everything I was saying. She said she could 100% get peonies (which I was shocked because everyone was so adamant that they couldnt) hearing this is was so excited!! Like seriously so excited! I reminded her worst case scenario if at the last minute to please use garden roses if they werent able to get peonies because they were kind of the same style. She wrote this all down and I thought we were on the same page. I asked for a very big bouquet with my bridesmaids bouquets being a litte less than half the size of mine. We agreed everything was perfect and she said she would have them ready and there at 1:30 (we got married at 4). I called our venue to make sure that was alright since we werent able to be in the building until 3. I took a picture of the paper to make sure Id remember everything we talked about and left. Day of the wedding: we got to the venue at 3:15 and there are no flowers. We call and they said there was an accident and thats why they were late (even though we were only 15 min from the flower shop) they finally got there at 3:40 and forgot the flower petals. When we told her she needed to go get some she gave us the biggest attitude and acted so put out we even asked and said she would have to go buy them if she did. Which we made her do. During this time I was brought up my bouquet that was very very small, the flowers were welted and the entire bouquet was carnations and babys breath with maybe 4 roses. I seriously almost cried when I saw it. It was now 10 minutes before my wedding and couldnt do anything about it. The bridesmaids bouquets were even worse!!! They had about 4 roses and babies breath. They were sooo small and ugly and nothing I wanted. Im so dissapointed and cant believe these ugly flowers are going to be in my pictures forever. They were so bad I almost didnt even walk down the isle with them but my aunt forced me to suck it up and take them down the isle. I was sooooo embarrassed to even have them in my hand. When I called the manager she got very defensive with me and told me I was wrong and she told me from the beginning she couldnt get peonies. On the paper that I have a picture of it says peonies and roses for bridal bouquet very clearly written. She kept telling me I was wrong and there was nothing they were going to do. Then began to tell me the flowers werent late and they were there at 3 and she knows for sure because the delivery person told her that. She didnt say sorry or even act like she felt bad at all and made me feel like me or my wedding didnt matter and they got their money so who cares. My husband even called two days after they said they would call me back because Im still so upset about it and they yelled at him... the CUSTOMER! Ah My biggest regret is the flowers. They were so so so awful! Never ever go cheap on your wedding flowers or it will be a disaster!! NEVER go here! They are mean and dont listen to anything you have to say!!!

I ordered an arrangement for my fiancés birthday from a national florist retailer (From You Flowers). After carefully & with great consideration, I selected what I felt was the ideal, near-perfect arrangement. I even paid for "same day delivery" and the "expedited delivery" services. Upon receipt, my fiancé called to thank me, I asked her if she would text me a picture. The arrangement delivered is NOWHERE close to the one I selected and paid for. The one I chose had over a dozen roses along with other flowers that were my fiancés favorite color. What she received consisted of FOUR roses, a few lilies, & a handful of Gerber daisies. My initial thought was this looks like something someone would buy last minute at the grocery store. I tracked down the name of the local florist whom had made the arrangement & delivered it and called them. The woman with whom I spoke with on the phone uttered some excuse about "how some of the flowers in the arrangement I ordered may not have been available & they "substituted" other flowers". I replied that this isnt a substitution, its not even close, and why would I have gone to the trouble to select and purchase a specific arranagement if in the end, they were obviously going to deliver whatever they had available without ever contacting the purchaser. The woman then said I could contact the national floral retailer & get them to refund my money. All of this without ever an apology, let alone even the simplest attempt to resolve the issue and possibly salvage what was intended to commemorate a special occasion. THANK YOU, FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, SKY FLORAL AND THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY EFFORTS TO CELEBRATE MY FIANCÉS BIRTHDAY!!!! My recommendation is if youre looking to or are ordering flowers, regardless of the occasion, is to seek any other florist and if using a national floral association like 1-800-FLOWERS or FTD, clearly specify when ordering that they are not to send your order to Sky Floral. Theyll just send whatever strikes their fancy or whatever they have laying around!

Normally I do not write reviews but I had to for sky floral. It is such a breath of fresh air to have a quality, reliable and affordable florist in the area. Their flowers last longer than any of the florists I have ever gone through and their arrangements are STUNNING. I recommend sky floral to all of my friends and I trust and know they will be taken great care of. The owners are absolutely lovely and will build a genuine rapport with you to ensure a quality experience. Its hard to find such great customer service these days, but these ladies really know how to take good care of you. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would, but 5 stars will have to do :) Thank you ladies at sky floral for such great customer service and beautiful floral arrangements!!!

Paid A LOT of money for my wedding flowers, I sat with the owner for and we picked out what I thought would be the perfect bouquet for my day and ordered extra flowers for my cake. She said to send her multiple pictures to show exactly what shape and style I was looking for which I did and it looked NOTHING like what we agreed on! They forgot to give me the extra flowers for my cake and all the flowers were in horrible condition. I cant believe I paid for something that will be in my photos forever. Absolute trash and such an awful experience. Take your business somewhere else!!

For those who do not know, Sky Floral has taken over Skyline Flowers, and boy have they kept up the amazing work. I ordered flowers for a funeral and heard Skyline closed. Marilyn referred me to Sky Floral and I was so impressed with the quality of the flowers for the price I paid. Sky Floral has Skylines floral artists, so what you used to get at Skyline you will be sure to get from Sky Floral. Not to mention the prices are unbeatable. Thanks again Sky Floral! I will be coming back again for my future orders!! :)
