Buyer Beware I ordered flowers for Mothers Day to be delivered the Saturday before. The first problem I uncounted was that the flowers were not delivered on Saturday even though I received an email stating that they were. My mom was home that day and went around to her neighbors looking for what was supposedly delivered but nothing was found. So I emailed this company hoping to get a response but nothing. On Sunday some flowers were delivered but they were nothing like what I ordered. The vase was different, the flower was different and even the greens were different. I could not even find the arrangement on their website that I got but it was all wrong except the card. Additionally the chocolates that I ordered were incorrect. I was very upset. When I called the next day the woman who answered the phone told me that I got the florist choice, even though I gave her my order number, and that I didnt get to choose what flowers I got. I told her that the website let me choose my flowers so she said she would research my order and call me back. When she called back she told me that there is no way that I got the wrong flowers, but if I did the company reserves the right to change out flowers to a like product. It was nothing but excuses from these people, everything from the driver mixed up the cards to taking no accountability at all and telling me I needed to take a picture and prove the flowers were wrong. They didnt even address that they didnt deliver it on time even though they sent me an email that they did. When I told them I couldnt get in my moms house to take a picture they told me they would wait and if I wanted different flowers I would have to take them from my mom and bring them back (because if you want to return something to a company you have to bring it back). Yeah, I want to know when I have to bring a pizza back that was made wrong...just bad business. I asked if they would just send the correct flowers that they claimed were in stock and send the correct arrangement to my mom and pick up the wrong one. They refused and again accused my of lying about the flowers I received. Then they confessed and said they didnt have the flowers I ordered in stock anymore. I asked them about the chocolates that I bought and they claimed that even though I bought a box of chocolates they must have upgraded me since they use the best chocolate in UT. I ordered a box of chocolate and my mom got a small bag of 8 salted caramels...not much of an upgrade. So the lesson to be learned is that if you want to order from this place please know that they can, if they choose or get lazy, change out everything about what you order and they will not apologize or take any accountability. I might have given them 2 stars if the first thing they said was Im sorry, but they only accused me of being a liar and a thief and made up excuses. My husband told them that he planed to give them a bad review and the woman on the phone told him that she didnt care and that they have been in business a long time and one bad review doesnt matter. Apparently customers dont matter. They get one star because they gave me a refund. That was the only thing they did right. I highly dont recommend them.

IF You actually care that what you order will be what you received, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! if I could give less than 1 star, I would. I ordered an arrangement for my wifes birthday, on Monday (her birthday was on Saturday), for a Friday Delivery. I picked out a very specific arrangement, because my wife is allergic to Lillies, so I chose one that did not have any lillies in it. Fastforward to Thursday - first I get a delivery confirmation on Thursday afternoon, but they werent delivered - which was odd, because Id ask for Friday. When Friday came, the arrangement got delivered. To say it was a travesty would be insulting to Travesties. What showed up was NOTHING CLOSE to what I ordered. not the same vase, not even close to the same flowers, and it had 1/2 a DOZEN LILLIES! To say that my wife was upset was a massive understatement. Attempts to call the store were greeted with busy signals, emails complaining have gone unanswered. My wife took the arrangement back, and demanded a refund, as well as to get this travesty fixed. The owner wouldnt even come and talk to her, just yelled out from the back oh just refund her, and the employees there were indifferent to her complaints, one of them actually said oh we didnt think it would matter that you didnt get exactly what you ordered. One girl at the store gave her a dozen roses as an attempt to make up for their blunder. After they told her that a refund would be processed right then, I called my bank later that evening, and I see no refund. Ive already started a chargeback process on them, and if it is challenged, we have photographic evidence of what was ordered and what was delivered to fight this with. This company should google kleargear and see what they find.

Bout 5-6 years ago, Twigs provided pretty good service and nice roses. Then roughly a year or 2 ago something changed. Horrific flowers consistently since. Having a wife that has been hospitalized nearly 3x a year for the past 20 years around the US (work moves us around) ......lets just say you get florists down pretty good. Had a dozen roses delivered for my wife and paid for the "extra special upgrade" and ugh what a horrible bunch of flowers. Even with cutting and daily water changes, they were dead in 2-3 days. Bad bunches do happen...trust me, so I didnt think anything of it until I ordered again for our anniversary. Another dozen that died near instantly. Asked for tons of babies breath....got a few sprigs. Havent ordered from them again until my mom from out of town needed to send my daughter some flowers for her birthday. It had been awhile so I told her to try Twigs. She paid over 60$ for a floral arrangement and some balloons. Literally what showed up was laughable at best. One flower (Lily I believe) was actually DEAD on arrival. Now that was a new low. Tiny bouquet with 2 balloons. I should have went to the grocery store. Just celebrated our anniversary and went over to Harmons for my wifes dozen roses. They last nearly 2 weeks with care and look amazing. Never thought I would say it, but Harmons grocery store sure smokes Twigs on quality. I hope they are at least making some good profit, otherwise I say shut the place down and do us all a favor. Buyer beware.

Please, if you care about the flowers youre getting, or are ordering something specific, do NOT order through Twigs. Flowers are the only thing I ask for for my birthday, so theyre kind of a big deal to me. My husband ordered a very specific arrangement because Im allergic to lillies, so he had to make sure there were none in the arrangement. It was supposed to be a deluxe arrangement in reds and pinks, with a red vase. What I got was completely and utterly WRONG, with blue hydrangea, a withered pink and a withered yellow rose, a stem of dark purple something-or-other, and three large stargazer lillies inside. He even placed the order last week knowing that there would be a Mothers Day rush for deliveries on Friday. I couldnt get a hold of anyone by phone, and I was so sick from the lillies that I had to leave work early, wrap the arrangement in a plastic bag, and take it back to them. The owner acted as if he didnt care one bit that the flowers were wrong, and when I said I wanted what had been origially ordered he made a halfhearted look through the mostly-empty coolers and said "well thats the closest I can get, I dont have the flowers for that other arrangement." Considering that the order was placed several days ago, there is absolutely no excuse as to why the arrangement couldnt have been made AS ORDERED. Seriously, dont use these people. There are MUCH better florists in the valley, including just about every grocery store and 7-11.
