GO TO THE DAILY RISE!!!! Im only giving these guys one star because I have to or I cant leave a review if i dont give them a star. This location used to have great customer service, but recently the customer service is awful. So awful that I wrote the corporate office and told them how awful the customer service was. Not only is the service awful but the drinks are so inconsistent. Sometimes you get a really good drink and then other times the drink is awful! I complained one time to the girl at the window telling her the drink was so awful, and she argued with me and told me that "thats how the drink is suppose to be, its suppose to taste like caramel milk" youre a coffee shop... i ordered a coffee drink. not caramel milk. So the moral of this review is that starbucks is crap... and if youre looking for a good coffee shop head down the street to the DAILY RISE!!!

I went to this Starbucks this morning and had the worst customer service ever. I ordered a Trenta Refresher paid extra for it and got as much liquid in my cup as a large, I watched the girl just add more ice to my cup to try and fill it to the top and it still was not full , I said something to the girl and all she had to say was Oh. Then I sat there and waited for my croissant for 15 min while three other guests who ordered after me left with there complete orders. Not one person even asked me if I was still waiting for something finally I asked the girl if I could get it and they had not even made it. All you people have to do is take it out of the display case and put it in the microwave for 30 sec not that hard. There is plenty of Starbucks in the local area to completely miss this one, I would drive the extra two minutes to Target and get Starbucks there.

Typical Starbucks: Good coffee. I stood around at the counter for several minutes. A girl with a headset on (this is a drive thru) was pacing back and forth. Two other employees were doing other things. What appeared to be a manager came out with supplies and started doing something in a cabinet below the order counter, right in front of me. The headphone girl asked the manager type if some other employee was on break. The answer was "no shes not on break. I dont know..." NEVER did anyone acknowledge my presence there. I turned around and left. Since I really needed a cup of jo, I forced myself back in there and still HAD TO ASK for service. That is POOR customer service, if you ask me. I wont go back there. They dont deserve my business.

Coffee❤ Dont get me wrong. The people here are always friendly and when I have gone inside, its been clean. However the service here is so slow!!! I love how convient the location is, but most times Ill skip getting coffee just because of the long lines. Im giving them three stars because if the customer service I receive. Its the only reason I keep coming back. They are always so happy and pleasant. They always apologize for the long wait and when you pull up, if they cant speak right away they ask you to hold. I hate waiting, but the fact that they let me know they are there and will get right to me is wonderful.

My breakfast sandwich was still quite cold today (9/10). Also, theyre typically slow, I think all the sugar addicted, caffeine avoiding types overrun the Utah locations. I also blame Starbucks for over-expanding the menu, why even more breakfast & lunch items? NO! Stick to your core business...coffee and pastries. Restaurants need to understand their strengths and need to stop trying to be everything to everyone. Start a sister business to serve breakfast and lunch. Stick to coffee, thats what I want at the bucks!

Worst Starbucks Ive ever been to! The staff is always in a bad mood, this time my drink was half empty when I got it, had it remade and they didnt add the garnishes. They didnt give me the cake pop for my daughter I ordered. And I was so distracted by the poor attitudes and quality of service I didnt notice till I was nearly home! This store has consistently bad staff attitude something needs to be done.

This is one of the slowest starbucks i have ever been to. It isnt because they are understaffed either. There are a lot of young kids working here and i usually see most of them just standing around chatting while one person does all the work. The coffee here is okay, but not the best compared to other starbucks locations. The convenience of the drive thru is defeated since the service is so slow.

Im so upset with you! Made a complaint on your website. Have to jump through hoops to get my complaint addressed. You people suck! You guys credited my account $20, removed it, so I had to pay cash when the credit was supposed to fix your mistake. Now I have to wait for your district manager to call me? Are you serious? This is getting really old. TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO HANDLE COMPLAINTS.

This Starbucks is slow weve been here since 10:40am its now 11:08am shame on you to have us pull to the front of the store. And still waiting. Theres been several cars that have gotten their drinks and left after they had us pull to the front. Guess what Starbucks this is vs, this store is bad.. We paid good money. Starbucks. Higher ups need to come check this store out...

It was very clean, it smelled great, the front-liners were nice and knew what they were talking about, it is in a very awkward position with all the traffic around it and at certain times of the day it can be very hard to get out the way you need to go. Because you have Antelope on its South, Hill Field to the West, and there are other stores blocking the East and North.

Customer service is outstanding always friendly and smiling. I get the same thing every day and tastes different every time. Service is super slow wait in the drive thru for a good 20-30 minutes. Then get up there and my drink is made and ice is already almost melted. I live in Layton so its convenient for me but half tempted to drive to 12th street Starbucks.

They pressed up a lovely carafe of Breakfast Blend for me, and I couldnt be more satisfied. They were playing some terrible jazz music, and all it took was to ask politely if they would change the music, and they did! Theyre all very friendly, and its a nice location to get some work done every now and then.

The employees are very nice. I typically go here because of convenience. Sadly, I often regret it. Today I got a Mocha latte and I think the milk was expired and smelled weird. I then looked in the cup and there was chunky milk. Not only was on my way to work, but I also dont want to be "that person."

Can be slow due to the locals and Military Base. However, the employees are cheerful and hard working to get your order to you. If you are in a BIG hurry pick a different location for drive through. As I said it covers ALOT of area and people. Other than that, its a great place to relax with a cuppa.
