Trax was down today on my way home, and this was a cool opportunity to try this place out. Seeing as Mother Nature doesnt care about timing or a downed train, I asked to use their restroom. The lady informed me that it was only for customers, to which I replied I was going to buy something. I got the code, but when I got into the restroom there were no feminine hygiene product dispensers. I came out and asked if they had any, and explained that was the reason I needed to use the restroom. With a poor, snarky attitude, she said they didnt have any and that she didnt know that was what I needed. I dont make it a habit of informing strangers that Im on my period and did not appreciate the attitude. Maybe hire some compassionate, professional people to serve your coffee?!

A small local spot conveniently located near an I-15 freeway entrance and the 900 S. TRAX stop. The inside was super small and most of the menu is not displayed to visitors. You kind of have to order specialty drinks as if they were on a secret menu or something.... kind of strange. I ordered a 16oz. iced Chai. It wasnt bad and had a strong taste of ginger. Strong enough to burn going down which was new to me. It seemed like a chill, local spot that several people were enjoying. If youre into the whole hipster scene (yes, they actually have "Seasonal Shrub Soda" on their menu) and unique types of coffee, check it out.

Today was my first and last time in this shop. I accidentally forgot to inform the barista I need soy milk instead of regular milk in my drink, the barista was very nice and accommodating but his trainer was incredibly rude and condescending. Instead of politely telling me the ingredients were expensive and the error was on my part that Id need to pay for the replacement, she was snapped at me, making me feel belittled and humiliated. Ive been a barista for local coffee shops before, I understand buying great, local ingredients can be costly but this was uncalled for.

My oh my. A died and gone to heaven experience. The coffee, especially their own blends, is/are spectacular. It was on our last day in Salt Lake City. And I just happened to come across an article on the Steampunk 4.1 drip coffee unit that is designed and built in Salt Lake City. When I saw that Blue Copper had one, I grabbed my buddy of many years whom we were staying with and headed out for the holy pilgrimage to check out the coffee and the machine. What a great morning that was!

This is my absolute favorite coffee shop, anywhere. The staff is extremely friendly, the coffee is always top notch, and its in a fantastic location. Im a mocha fan, and Ive never been disappointed. Their chocolate sauce is produced from a local chocolatier. Their coffee roaster is literally next door. Never over-roasted, always full flavor. Absolutely wonderful. I implore everyone to try it out.

Delightful drinks and lovely atmosphere. I was able to find a spot to work for a few hours and had both some coffee as well as a delicious medley tea. I cant recall my baristas name but he told me to be sure I come back. I agreed. Only downside is that it *is* a little bit small and can get pretty noisy even partially filled up. Maybe some more soft chairs at the tables, also?

One of the best coffee shops in the city (alongside publik and the rose). After changing ownership and name (from Nobrow), I was worried about the future of the location. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the quality may have even increased. This is one of the few places to find higher end coffee such as Ritual. Building is beautiful and seating is ample.

Great coffee and espresso drinks made from roasting their own seeds. Knowledgeable yet approachable feel from the baristas. From locals we have heard this is best in SL. Had the Ethiopian Yirg which was tasty and the wife has a mocha which rivaled any shes had before. Our experience was great while we waited on our flight as it was delayed

This place is the best! Honestly, I cant even drink Starbucks coffee anymore after starting to go to Blue Copper. The baristas are so friendly, even early in the morning, and you can tell they love their job. Besides the coffee itself, the foam on the mochas and lattes is the best Ive ever had.

These folks are incredible, and you simply will not have a mediocre beverage, no matter what you order. Particular stand-outs include the absolute best cold brew Ive ever had in any city, tea brewed from the coffee cherry ( they call it a cascara), the flat white, and in-house made shrubs.

We go to this place at least once a weekend, even though it is a bit of a drive. By far our favorite coffee and lattes in the area, and only one we have found that uses real vanilla simple syrup for vanilla lattes instead of flavorings.

Exceptional coffee experience in the SLC. The shop has been around for 9 years and recently partnered with the eponymous roaster. The current drip had a full, round and citrus forgot I really enjoyed. Ill be back :)

This place really does have some of the best coffee in town. I still remember a cup that I had months ago. I remember it is possibly one of the best cups of coffee Ive ever had. Definitely check this place out.

I fell in love with the Coffee Room right away! Its a small cafe with tables inside and out. Mostly unassuming with a wonky parking lot but the space is perfectly third wave and the coffee is expertly brewed.

This very well may be the best coffee in the valley— surprisingly good for little Salt Lake City! If youre on a bike it may be a little out of the way on your morning commute- but its always worth it.

This place was awesome. Cool vibe. The baristas were chill and good to talk to. Probably my favorite place in Utah that Ive been to do far. They have brew to order coffees that change every so often.

Super friendly and down to earth. I forgot what the fancy name for the Arnold Palmer I got was but the lemonade had a hint of vanilla Bean in it. SOOOO GOOD!!! Back for seconds for sure

Delicious coffee and other drinks. The place is a little small so maybe not good for groups of more than 2 or 3 but there is seating outside that works better for larger groups.

Got a dirty Chai with almond milk, very tasty. Has a cute outdoor patio. Its close to a train depot and 15S highway. Cute, modern, and industrial design. Nice employees.
