The sales people in the kiosks are too aggressive and pushy. They are also dishonest. I just wasted $50, trying not to hurt someones feelings, on a product that is only worth $10 (which I came to find out after I got home and looked at amazon). The lady lied and said it was worth $199, and that she was giving me an "insane" discount, I knew she was probably lying but I didnt listen to that voice inside and now that I know the MASSIVE difference between what she told me and the truth, I feel like I was robbed. I hate going out for what is supposed to be a fun day of shopping and getting hassled and cheated instead. Also, this is not the first time a sales person at this mall couldnt take no for an answer, I have not had issues like this at any other mall. I will not be going back.

I had three different makes and models of vehicles in mind to buy, Jeep Overland being my last place to shop. I stopped at Layton Hills Jeep and met Lindy howevere there were no Overlands in stock so waited a few days until one came in. Lindy and Nanette were so professional and had great knowledge of the vehicle. All I came in contact were very helpful and Customer Service was at its best. Just got back from San Diego with no problems other than still learning all the bells and whistles. I am glad I skipped the first two and went wtih the Overland. Ron was also a great help in completing the contract and getting me on the road. He still owes me a Harley shirt though :). Thanks to all

A buddy and I looked at every dealership from Brigham City to Layton on a Sunday evening so we wouldnt be botherd by salesmans. I went to a dealership and wasnt impressed with the staff. My second stop should have been my first, and that was LHD. Tom and Rob were awesome. It was late when I got there but they actaully took time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. The werent pushy which impressed me a lot. All of the staff were very friendly from the salesmans, the Mangers, the financer, even the gal that took my picture. I love my new truck, and would recommend to go to LHD first. Thanks LHD

This place is funny. It almost feels like a warped back in time to the late 90s. Its somewhat of a sad environment. Its almost like they built for high amounts of traffic but it just never panned out. None of the stores are vacant, but theres a definite lack of patrons. I dont know how some of these stores even stay open. I have to come here every couple of months to get our jewelry checked out at Zales. I suppose its a totally average mall experience. Nothing extraordinary, no super high end stores, but it is across the street from some of the better sushi in the state in my opinion.

This is a good mall with a lot of options. I dont like their prices to see Santa. Just to see him it costs $22, and you get a 4x6 print of it (nothing digital). He doesnt really even talk to the kid or give him a candy cane, just poses for the picture, then ushers them on their way. Seems like there are a lot cheaper options for getting a picture with Santa. They wont allow cell phone pictures. Other than that I really like this mall, very clean, good food court options.

The mall is usually clean and in working condition! Theres usually nothing to worry about in the inside, its just all the construction and horrible traffic that takes place near the route getting there that causes delay after delay. Obviously, thats not really anyones fault, but it is something to note when going to visit. The shops inside the mall are great and if youre looking for one that isnt, they are probably located nearby or at Farmington Station Park.

Awesome mall with great stores worth visiting even from further away. Not your every other kind of mall, but a mall with personality and versatility and the place has not died like a lot of other malls have around the Utah area especially. Couldnt be happier with my shopping experiences, especially after being away from Utah for 9 years: This place is just like I remembered from 2008 and has most of the same stores still left. Awesome!

This mall is smaller than malls you will find in bigger cities like SLC, but the stores they have are the same quality that they are anywhere else. More than enough parking, always clean inside, right next to the freeway and near a ton of other stores/restaurants and more. They even have some directions for "mall walkers", Ive never used them but seems kind of cool that they have them.

This mall needs some good support. The stores are not making it like they used to. Love the new bath and body works store! Good riddance to Macys. Welcome new Dillards! We hope you find much success. This mall needs some updating in their main areas and some creative fun decor during the different holidays / seasons. Just needs refreshed with some new fun stores added!

Footlocker Lost my business looking for basketball shoes and 3 pairs of socks. Footlocker was rude and didnt help customers. Too busy talking on cell phone to their girlfriend. Dicks sporting goods in same mall, same shoes 40 bucks cheaper. Walked out $420.00 sale. At Dicks sporting goods. @Footlocker just going down in everything.

I was selling my car on KSL and got a call from the dodge salesman Tom, he was able to offer me a trade in deal that was better than any other offers I recieved on KSL. Ended up getting a gread deal on a truck that I needed and I was very pleased with how they were able to assist me in finding a truck to meet my needs.

The Mall has started feeling a little more lonely as I walk through it now. I moved to Ogden in 2010, and now 7 years later, its definitely a different mall than before. Its not the prettiest mall, its also not too shabby either. Its kind of upsetting not to see the whole mall full of marketing businesses.

I absolutely love the ambience here! Some of my favorite stores and food chains all in the same place, plus an amazing feeling atmosphere? What more could I ask for? Well, other than the middle aisle people to stop asking me to buy when Im not interested, but thats part of the Mall experience lol.

Great place. Right now they have been closing stores and opening new ones, which is kind of annoying. Food options are great! The aquarium is super fun for all ages!! During holidays they usually have santa, easter bunny, or others. Staff is great! One of the teenage hangout spots for layton.

I go to Macys often. We went this week to visit Santa Claus who was very personable. We played in the childrens area for about 45 minutes. Two new additions to the mall are a train on the lower level. It is roomy enough for adults. It was nice to see that the Aquarium, Seaquest was open.
