this used to be an awesome mall that the citizens helped may millions to build, they even have the names in stone. Now the church has cannibalized this place and paid businesses to leave and go to city creek. Where you are judged and shunned. I rally hope they get the Gateway back to its former glory, it was a wonderful place to spend the day and take family.

Beautiful mall. It is "open" so dress accordingly. The stores are fun, love the theater and planetarium. The mall it right next to a train station so its easy to access. Sometimes Ill go there just to walk around. They have security as well which I appreciate.

Horrific! If its not the homeless making you uncomfortable, its the security. I understand there are rules for a reason, but your security is pushy and abrasive. Your mall needs all the help it can get, dont run off the few customers you still have!

I like the gate way but the sad fact is there is to much homlessness going on and it makes it hard to go there...plus all the big retailers are movin out...but hay the homless is still there you cant count on them for sure..

Not to be confused with the Gateway in salt lake city. This is a nice large strip mall, circa 1980 something. Nothing special makes it stand out, it does have a few nice stores.

I would classify this area as more of a crafty shopping area, which doesnt totally appeal to me, but it does to my wife and she likes that things are conveniently located.

There was a convention in town and they charged $350 for a $100 room. I can see paying a premium but that seemed completely excessive. Aside from that the hotel was fine.

The parking lot desperately needs an update, and so do some of the stores. Adding the At Home store was a huge Plus, but many of the other stores are very... Blah.

As far as a suburban shopping center goes, the only thing going for it is that its very typical. If you dont mind being close to industrial complexes, do it.

The Gateway has really gone downhill since so many stores closed or moved to CIty Creek. I still come here to eat a meal sometimes, but not usually to shop.

Clean shopping area, many different places to shop and eat. Cant go wrong. Just keep your eyes open, the entrance into the parking lots can be kinda crazy.
