While I wish there were a few more stores for us guys here, I really love this mall. It is walking distance from home so we come here a lot. Macys is great for picking up essentials, CPK/Cheesecake Factory are perfect for lazy nights takeout, and Capital Grille for a special dining experience. On top of that youve got a Lulu for workout gear and an Apple Store for tech so hey who can complain. A small walk across the parking lot and through the tunnel under Camelback and your at the Esplanade. Its a small mall with Macys being the only true anchor but its centrally located location is unique, and the Biltmore area is obviously beautiful. There are always small switch ups and additions here...looking forward to the Short Leash Hot Dogs opening up.

Its a really nice place. This bad experience is partly our fault for showing up 5 minutes before closing. We were not planning on buying that day. The service was ok but rushed and told us to come back as they were closing. I understood but when you are talking about a high end purchase you would think they wouldnt rush you out the door. Well we went to Jared who was open until 10pm. Again we were not planning on purchasing. However the service was so great and they helped us find the perfect ring that we made the purchase. I wonder if they know we were that ready to buy if they would have rushed us out the door.

I love going into saks fifth avenue and buying my makeup at the Bobbi Brown counter. I always have the best employes helping me. Mary and Beverly McBurney are my favorite and I always plan on going into Saks when I know they will be working that day. They are very helpful and all around wonderful people. Im so pleased Saks takes the time to hire pleasant happy people instead of the snobby employes I usually encounter while trying to shop at high end department stores. Thank you for making my shopping experience enjoyable.

The shops were very nice, the building was very impressive (compared to other malls in Phoenix), the True Foods restaurant was absolutely wonderful, and we had a great time watching all of the Real Housewives of Phoenix ruthlessly spend their rich husbands money, whilst walking their blingd out chihuahuas and gossiping wildly with their inappropriately underdressed teenage offspring. All in all, Id definitely come back, even if it was only to watch the show lol

I LOVE their Saks Fifth Avenue! They have designer fragrances that other stores cannot compete with. Best of all, their fragrances are (a lot of times) exclusive to only their store for at least a limited of time. They have all of the Elie Saab perfumes (which are nowhere to be found at other places like Ulta, Sephora or even Macys). Additionally, customer service is heaven. They treat their customers like Gods. I always leave this store feeling euphoric.

Ever since I was little the Biltmore has been my go to place for shopping, eating, and social hangout hub. I lived down the street growing up so I have so many memories related to the Biltmore that it will always be a special place to me. I even worked at Brookstone back in high school and was practically a daily regular at Coffee Plantation. The Biltmore has all the best boutiques without all the crowds AND its centrally located... Cant get any better!!

Very clean, rich, trendy area but not much to do except look around, unless youre looking to spend lots of money Often have a movie at the park sort event and yoga. Honestly, besides those, the most accessible thing is probably their restaurants. Generally healthier, nicer places to eat. Beyond that, everything else is generally much higher end Fairly nice to walk around--- people often bring their dogs

I LOVE this mall. Its my #1 go to when I want to go out and spend some time with mom or a friend. Lots of stores options (Its a bit expensive) I love the the crepe club!! It has the best crepes!! (I mostly visit here because of it) California Pizza Kitchen is an other fav of mine too. They have the best food, and a nice dining room atmosphere. I love having their salted caramel pudding after food.

I am a older lady and I have problems some times getting around I had a gentlman see me walking around and asked if he could help me up the steps. I had taken him up on it. He even helped me out to my vehicle very kind people around this outlet. Thanks for making my day. There are true gentleman still in this world.

I liked it better when the whole parking lot wasnt locked down by metered parking. I guess it caters to the Biltmore through exclusivity, but its a hassle. I usually end up parking in the back parking structure. This shopping center has some nicer chain restaurants like Cheesecake Factory, California Pizza Kitchen, and Champs. It also has the only Apple Store for a long while.

Its hard for me to say this, but the Biltmore just doesnt have any real, solid businesses that would attract me on a weekly basis. Its all fluff. The Apple Store seems to be the real anchor tenant, and how often can you go in there? Zin Bistro is good but there are so many other places like it. I believe the Biltmores target market is window shoppers and winter visitors.

This area is too hoity toity for its own good. The shops and restaurants take themselves too seriously. Honestly the only reason I go to this area is for the AMC dine-in theater across the street and the Teavana tea shop. This area really honestly needs a slight hipster flare to it. Dont get me wrong this area is really beautiful it just seems like they try too hard.

I appreciate the Scottsdale vibes without having to drive all the way down to the Scottsdale Fashion Center. I particularly like Origins and Dianes Beachwear. There are many stores, but a majority of them are very high end and consist of home decor and other large items. If you are looking for a good sushi place, I recommend Stingray Sushi on Sunday for half-price!

I used to live in Phoenix and truly didnt appreciate this place until I had visited on a recent trip. A wonderful outdoor pedestrian-friendly experience . Well maintained with lovely landscaping and open spaces. Great place for a date, business lunch or dinner or to do some light (or heavy) shopping. A must see while in Phoenix.

All that is missing is a bookstore and maybe a cheaper food option. Many department stores including Macys, Saks 5th Ave, anchor this with many more smaller interesting shops. My favorite is Cornelia Park. There is also an Apple store here, as well as Panera Bread store where you can get sandwiches and breakfast and soda drinks.

Upscale stores at this outdoor mall. Familiar with Hyde Park jewelry store and Apple store. Anchor by Macys. Parking garage available. Mall is very clean and well maintained. Grassy park like in the middle by the fountain is a great place for the kids to play or just to have a conversation with food and drinks.

In the mood to spend a ridiculous amount of money? Then the Biltmore is your place. Upscale shops and restaurants are great for a once-in-a-while trip, but thats about it. Usually filled with snobby people or annoying tourists. Like I said, stay away unless you want to visit Saks or Needless Markup.
