For March 10-12, this area was the site of the 47th Scottsdale Arts Festival. Our favourite aspect of the Festival is the live music performed by eight different groups each day on the Amphitheatre and Fountain Stages. All different kinds of music are played including blues, funk, folk, jazz and rock. Our favourite was the Sugar Thieves Duo. The other major aspect of the Festival is the 174 booths spread throughout the grounds. Each booth displays for sale spectacular art forms including ceramic, digital, drawing, fibre, glass, metal, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture and wood. Our favourite piece was seven foot high Saguaro cactus sculptured out of putters. This was our second year at the Festival and were already looking forward to next year.

My review of the Scottsdale Promenade: This was a fun stop. Ive passed the tall blue spire for years and finally took the time to stop and check it out. Its a wonderful, elegant and romantic place to hang out. Two very fancy restaurants can be found on this corner. A waterfall surrounded by statuary and many benches make a perfect hang out for large groups. As you walk the little path around the perimeter you are surprised again and again by the wildlife statuary. The green walking path down to the parking garage continues to surprise. I found this tiny life sized ground squirrel statue by accident. You must stop here if you ever come this way. I think youll love it too.

Great place to people watch. There are some real freaky looking plastic people walking around there. One chick had the biggest lip implants and boobs implants Ive ever seen not to mention she was wearing a sheer white cover up nipple patches and bleach blonde hair. I guess its the norm around there but for me it was something out of the desperate housewives of ...just desperate. not recommended for night out with the family.

This was my first time spending go to the shops at this mall. It is very nice and well landscaped but they it is confusing to get around. They need more signs in the parking lot with directions/arrows to the stores or more directories that can be easily seen when driving by. Nothing wrong with it, just better places to shop, unless you specifically need to visit one of the places here. I mean, it does have the only Verizon corporate store for miles, as well as Mens Wearhouse and Nordstrom Rack, but aside from having a specific need, not exactly entertaining or even easily walkable without dodging traffic.

Ok Friday evening g and no stores are open. The selection of shopping here is sub par. There are no cool funky places and overall it is so out dated. As for first Fridays,forget it. The city could close off traffic and allow people ,artists and Crafters to gather. But nope.

This place is the best, they really go out of their way to give you the full treatment, making it seem like an Authentic Western Town. I also found the stores to be a great place to find those items for those hard to shop for people who already have everything they need...

Went to In and Out burger a nice burger joint to eat. Dont think i have ever had a bad meal/Hamburger Frys or Milkshake ever their! And they pay their employees good. 11 dollars per hr. Not bad i guess thats why their food is so consistant! Nice job.

We love this place, from Benihana birthdays to Cost Plus World Market Christmas shopping this place has it all..Trader Joes, Nordstrom Rack, Lowes, Capital Grille, an eclectic but well balanced mix of stores, restaurants, and food outlets.

Stopped by Office Max to look for a home router. Could not find the brand that I was looking for but they did have compatible routers. Needed just a little more research before the purchase. All the employees I met were helpful.

Went to Nordstrom Rack and spent way more time than I expected. Maybe it was a good time of year (April) but lots of stock available. Left happy. Also dropped into Saks Fifth Avenue pop up which had a great selection of shoes.

In and out burger, trader Joes, Lowes(i prefer home Depot) Dominicks steak house, and cost plus world market. If it where to have a Macys , Frys Electronics, and a Publix. Id be set.. And a really good dance bar..!

My shopping center with a lot of different stores as well as restaurant. It also an outdoor area play in the water. Of the parking lot a little weird and theres usually a line to get out of the parking lot

Great food, good prices. Lots of choices. Seems fresh and great quality ingredients. The service was really good too. We had my grandson (8 months old) and the staff were really accommodating.

This place is a nightmare to try to find parking. Not to mention the Scottsdale drivers seem incapable of following any kind of road etiquette or basic right of way driving techniques.

Good selection of stores, almost anything you need nearby. Plenty of parking available. Unfortunately almost everyone driving around the parking lot thinks theyre a Mad Max extra.

This is a HUGE shopping center that has everything, but it is so difficult to find what you are looking for. I have to use Google Maps and navigate to the store I am looking for.

Very nice newer shopping center with great shops that have an excellent selection of well-stacked goods. I especially like the outdoor section of their Lowes store.

It can be a little tough to find parking right next to your desired store but they have a great selection of restaurants and shopping that fills up a Saturday.

A great Trader Joes, a World Market, and some decent food options. It *is* in Scottsdale however, so prepare to deal with that.
