There are great restaurants along the main entrance of this shopping center. Along with some fantastic stand stores(surrounded by parking lots) like BassPro, Home Depot, Walmart and a 24 Hr Fitness. The movie theater, Cinemark is a remarkable experience. This is a large shopping area and I wouldt recommend walking from shop to shop. Although there are 4 sections of shops that are clustered enough that walking them is safe, you would still want to drive from section to section or to the store you are wanting if it is not in that cluster. I love that a Valero Gas station was put in on the West side, right across from the Mesa Riverview Park. This shopping center was frustrating for me because the stores Im interested in are not all in the same cluster. And the parking lot layout is crazy. Its quite the rat maze. Its supposed to control traffic flow. But I think the drivers drive worst because of it. You have to really know this parking lot land to get out in and out in a timely manner. Getting in is very easy. Holiday traffic doesnt get too contested because it has multiple exits that take you out to 3 major roads. So getting in and out in the holiday rush is a dream compared to neighboring shopping centers.

I went to this is a little after I went to the one on McKellips and Country Club , which the 24 hour drive thru was blocked off completly, they were closed. I went through the drive thru of this one and it was also closed again this has associates standing around inside laughing as they saw me looking at them and going through the 24 hour drive thru that was closed .If there was some sort of routine Maintenence where they couldnt serve customers at BOTH locations they couldve put up some signs or had one of the many employees standing around wait by the drive thru entrance to explain to customers coming thru. mcDonalds has proved to me exactly where they put their customers again . Pluses- The driving/parking situation is 100% better than Tempe Marketplace. It isnt a massive headache/maze. The theater is luxury meaning leather recliners and limited seating you can reserve at NORMAL theater prices, which I love. Tons of places to eat for all budgets. Negatives- VERY little clothes shopping for women, men or children. No Ross. No JC Penney. No shoe stores. It has a Marshalls which is just okay and a Rue 21 which is tiny clothes for teeny boppers. Basically, the anchor store there is Wal-Mart, which is great for the necessities but not so great for a day of fun shopping. A nice spot for dinner and a movie otherwise.

I like the prices and the fact that I can get everything I need at one store, but they are extremely under staffed. They hardly ever have enough actual cashiers which i know is mostly due to min.wage going up, but i have wic so i need cashier. the other day i went to pay my mobile bill at customer service: 2 cashiers 1 other customer. She told me i have to go to "money center": 1 cashier 7 other customers. Really? Managers response: theyre not all cross trained. Seriously? Why not just make a machine so i can pay my own bill while Im there shopping? Then you wont have to pay that salary either!!!

I had my car broken into there and was told by security that they do not maintain any security cameras there. That the businesses at Riverview are responsible for any security cameras. Since there have been numerous car break-ins, as per the police officer who took my report, Im assuming that not many have cameras. Needless to say I wont be going back, Tempe Marketplace is right down the street and Ill drive an extra 2 minutes if it means not having another smashed window and stolen laptop.

This is a nice shopping complex, I hate seeing so many store closing here. The Mesa Riverview is a beautiful area. Its a part of the city of Mesa that is not known for its shopping although the Riverview is known. It is in need of more shoppers. It has some really great stores, restaurants and entertainment venues. Its a great date night place with lots of choices for eats and movies or a day of shopping and fun! Everyones the water fountain play pad.

Ive affectionately named this the "man mall". I have no problem getting my husband into the car to shop and go to many of the stores here. In additioin to looking at cars one can find this area complete with a barbershop, lots of barbeque or fast tood restaraunts, even Rubios. There is a huge anchor store full of huntng, fishng, and camping gear, and a huge country bar . if you are a single outdoorsy lady you may want to shop here. Just sayin.

I like it at this place because theres a lot of choices. You can watch movies or go out to some very nice places to eat or get some hunting gear. Also there is some really nice stores in some slack shops that arent in other places. Plus once youre finished you can go across the street to the park which is beautiful where of the world champion Cubs have their spring training stadium. This is a great place to take your family on the weekend.

This place is really a one stop shop for the area. Im sure they built it up to accommodate the spring training guests across the street. This plaza has the only Walmart in the Area, and college students tend to use it as it is the closest to MCC and ASU. It also has a Peter Piper Pizza, Party Stop, Rubios, Movie Theatre and the list goes on and on. Very spread out, so I dont recommend walking it like you would Tempe Market place.

Beautiful, well kept shopping center. Very busy lots of foot traffic and every major store and restaurant you could want all in one center! Home to salon suites by Salon Boutique. Private salon suites for rent to beauty industry professionals. Every salon service under one roof. The decor is stunning. My favorite part of Mesa Riverview is the white lights strung thru the trees and along the streets. So pretty at night!

Just after 202 exit at Dobson its another mall with big box stores like target Walmart Home Depot around the outside ring and inner ring cluster has a lot of food service places and other necessary stores like AT&T Sprint Cox etc. Pretty much every merchant for your shopping needs that isnt at Tempe Marketplace is just a few miles east on Rio Salado and you get to this mall which has everything else.

This place has good eats, good shopping, great theater and even a bit of nightlife. There are hotel accommodations and access to public transit. They revamped it a few years back and it was absolutely lovely. The public has been very gracious in taking care of the outdoor spaces but they are still better than having nowhere to gather. It is a good time. I recommend.

I go to Pearle Vision. They have the cutest eyeglass frames and Dr Nappi, the Optometrist is the only eye doctor with enough patience to figure out why I have such a hard time with "which is better, 1 or 2?" Its my corneas; they are irregular so I dont see like normal people. Anyway, hes great and I totally recommend Pearle Vision at Mesa Riverview.
