Fraud!! Sale Reps will mislead you, will not explain everything. Was offered a discounted basic IPAD for upgrading an iPhone and adding another device to plan.. I not a very "tech-ey / Phone" person but was stated by the Sales rep that because I was buying another phone and keeping the current plan that he could sell me an IPad at a discounted rate 99.00$ Was not told that the IPAD had its own number, an activation fee and monthly charges... Customer for over 5 years. Now the only thing ATT customer service can do is just apologize (customer service is sorry but thats store that did that, not us), supervisor is sorry ,he states the store employees work commission only and you really have to watch out for them?? after the fact, but Thank you... Still has no power to do anything except apologize offer for me to pay a restocking fee and cancellation fee for something that I all ready purchased and bought a case for?? 45 activation fee, not disclosed.. 10.00 service change, not disclosed. Overall monthly service charges now higher, as the sales rep was only quoting a lower rate, not disclosing the IPAD was cellular and comes with an installment agreement..

One of the worst places to put a Cable store. Why would you put a cable store in a mall? And I see why my cable prices have gone up so much in the last few years. 1.) Leasing property in the mall area cant be cheap. 2.) And @ 6pm at night, they still have 6 employees working @ their stations. Not one customer in the store. But why would there be? Dont most people just order there cable service over the phone? Im glad to say, as of tonight, Im no longer helping pay for some of these piss poor decisions. I turned in my cable boxes, no longer have that Cox bill that keeps going up $10 a year, for the last 14 years(first bill payed back in 2000 was $76, I have had no changes in my service or upgrades since that day I signed on, last months bill $196). Thank you CenturyLink!!! Same channels, same internet, same telephone #, $80 cheaper. Savings $960 a year. My 2 cents of knowledge, so choose wisely my friends.

SanTan Village is the re-imagination of the shopping mall suited to sun belt cities with excessively large access to undeveloped land. This entire near-the-freeway shopping district allows one to go from retailer to retailer with ones automobile. There is no need for heating or air refrigeration between stores since all of it is open-air with sidewalks that allow for avenue parking. Heating and cooling of every bricks & mortar store is left to those individual retailers. If you cant find it here, it very likely available across the street at a gigantic strip mall or very nearby. Little of this can effectively compete with the modern internet shopping experience. Restrooms are not readily available. There are not enough. The shopping experience here is very different between hot months and tepid winter months.

The mall part & across the street, still shopping part, is so great! I used to live down the road, in 2010-2011 but just recently moved back to this side of town; I forgot how cool this shipping center is & all the great restaurants, like Carrabbas & this cool pizza place, my nephew & us ordered from, last night...I snapped some pics. Anyway, lots of shopping including a JoAnns & Macys/Dillards department stores..... This is a great destination for money spending on cool stuffs!

This is a hugely popular shopping area. Its more of a modern style open air type shopping center unlike the malls of the past. That means you will do more walking and in the summer experience the heat. It also means finding convenient parking spots is much more difficult. Great variety of stores including movie theaters but surprisingly not a great variety of restaurants. There are a few but you have to drive over a block or two where you will find a great variety.

San Tan Village had potential. The overall use of space at this mall was not well planned. It has a small town shopping vibe, which the Town of Gilbert tries to do with everything, but its just not realistic because Gilbert has the population of a city. The overall store selection is sub-par with typical mall stores and less. Parking, ingress and egress, especially during the holidays is atrocious, and the mist system does nothing to cool down the walkways mid summer.

This shopping center reminds me of something out of a movie. Very Ritzy and high class. I dont really feel out of place, but I dont think I would shop at a lot of the stores here. It is a great place to get higher end clothing though. Its like an outdoor version of the expensive wing of Scottsdale Fashion Square. The splash pad used to be really nice but they dont take great care of it for how busy it is. Not a ton of food but what they have is Good.

Definitely my favorite mall in the Phoenix Metro area. Watched this place get built and they add more and more every year. All the typical stores and shopping you need in one place but the food options are also great! Brio, Thirsty Lion, and The Keg to name a few. I love that its outdoors because you can get some fresh air while shopping and in Arizona thats a possibility for 75% of the year.

San Tan Village is gross. Gilbert yuppies line the sidewalks and parking lot. Parking is a joke, the movie theatre is sub par and always has high schoolers being loud and rude in the movies. I have been almost run down in the parking lot twice, once with my young daughter. The Chipotle here is the worst, bar none in the valley. Stay away from here if you value your dignity and safety.

San Tan Village has a wide selection of stores that are great. The set up is reminiscent of a small town shopping area. Sometimes I feel that it is tough to navigate, knowing where to park to be close to a store can sometimes be a challenge. Overall it is a place that I like to shop. It is a good place to walk around during the winter months and enjoy the weather.

Hot outdoor mall! - in every sense of the terms. Fantastic choices for shopping. Great play parks, conveniently located next to the Disney store and Dairy Queen. Nice location. Santa is always so nice to visit at Christmas. Great choice of eateries on the outer edges. Not good parts: food court is shut down. Out door mall in AZ during Summer.

I am not much of a shopper, but this place has got me by the wallet. All of my favorite place in one little village. I love Charming Charlies cool jewelry, then Chicos is hands down where I would get 100% of my outfits if my wallet where fatter. Then they have too many great restaurant around to make my choices easy. What is a spoiled lady to do?

Even if youre not a fan of higher end stores, its a great mall to walk around and burn a few hours on a lovely night or afternoon. TIP: This mall can get crazy busy on weekends, so to save yourself the hassle of crowds, enter the mall off Santan Village Pkwy, park at Dillards and walk through the store to enter the west side of the mall.

I think San Tan Village is a nice place to go I like the outside mall but because of how hot it is, it makes you just want to stay inside the whole day. The food is pretty good there is one place called Kona Grill and the have really good burgers and other thing I lo e their desserts they make the look so nice and they taste great.
