My girlfriends septum piercing was done poorly. Only after a year+ did she realize it had been pierced far too low--not even in the proper "sweet spot". Not only was the piercing FAR overpriced (65$ BEFORE jewelry), but the piercer (Irish) who did it was too rushed to get it done right, obviously. He didnt inspect or measure anything for her nose, and thus claimed he had found the "sweet spot" and pierced it. It was extremely painful and healing took far longer than it should. The sea salt and water cleansing was never suggested--instead a disinfectant was suggested, and when she asked if the solution given after an ear piercing would work, he said thatd be just fine. Lol it wasnt. Not only did he lie to her afterwards and said it looked good (a professional piercer would have said something, or been honest), but she was left looking like she was wearing bull rings for a year! This is not her fault--she trusted that her piercer knew was he was doing, what looked good, and what her real "sweet spot" was. He did not. Please make sure you are hiring actual professional piercers. She recently got it repierced at KOI Studios in SLC. It was only 25$ before jewelry, and the piercer was excellent. He took his time, found the ACTUAL "sweet spot", measured and checked in with her before he did it. It did not hurt her in the least. Most likely, the first piercer actually went through CARTILAGE. Which was unnecessary in this case. KOI was kind, gentle, and straightforward about what looked good. I suggested you take your business there to not only save money but to also work with real professionals. Wont be visiting Aces ever again, nor suggesting it.

I got my first tattoo here when I was 17... the tattoo artist lost the design I gave him and then quickly drew up a new one which I (stupidly, I admit) agreed to getting done. It was nothing like what I wanted... he did the colors a little strange and added a shadow that I had not asked for.. I am in the process of trying to get this tattoo covered. And then (again, stupidly) I went there to get my nose pierced... It looked great but got very infected (I dont know if that was their fault or my fault or a mixture of both). The customer service was fine, they were all very friendly, but I found them very unprofessional when they lost my design and then suggested that they knocked something together. Inexpensive.

Hate to see the negative reviews of Aces, I think they deserve better but everyones experience is different. Got my nose pierced there and had no problems whatsoever, CJ was able to calm me down, and did a great job- meaning it was fast and he explained everything he was going to do. Im on day 5 and no infection yet, I;ve been cleaning it every couple hours, along with pushing the post up and down. Still have 5 days to go so if it gets infected Ill be singing a different tune. For the time being I;d have to say that Id recommend them

Ive gone to Alex at Aces for 2 tattoos, he does solid lines and bright colors!. Great Work and a great value. he offers great aftercare advice and knows just how to treat your skin so that it will heal quickly. Alex has handled different styles on both visits and did well with both. I love the new school piece he did on me. The Shop is clean and organized and it looks like they are expanding to a few more booths! I reccommend Aces for anyone thats looking for a phenomenol tattoo from a great crew.

I went to Aces randomly on Saturday...not only did I get a great tattoo and customer service, they fed me! lol I went back the very next day to get my back worked on, Casper did an amazing job. And he was really nice, at one point I couldnt take it anymore and he stopped instantly and bought me a soda lol. I dont know how anyody can say the employees are rude, I had a great time when i went. And will def be going back again...not only because of the great prices but because of the AMAZING work.

Got my work done about 8 months ago and feel I need to drop credit where its do. Alex is the man, I got some Aztec art done by him and everywhere I go people keep asking me where I got it. (Funny because its not even done yet) All and all it was a great experience and I loved it gotta get back in there when Im not broke to get my arm finished up. Great customer service and you can feel a great attitude around the place.

Sketchiest place Ive ever gone. It smelled like smoke and felt dirty. I walked in and turned around and walked out. Definitely wasnt comfortable getting pierced here. I walked out and went to koi in salt lake. They are AMAZING!

The guy who did my tattoo was really nice and made sure everything was perfict. And the guy who did my peircings was awesome and really quick didn't hurt ill go there again n again. They also offered beverages :)

The piercing guy messed up on my daith faith and didnt put the right earing in it. He put a plastic hoop instead of the metal bar. He had to pierce it twice because I was "moving" to much and I wasnt even moving.
