The manager Erin is the rudest girl I have ever met. I spent $300 on a double chamber hvy glass piece yesterday. When I got it home I filled with water and did a test hit and realized it hit funny and did not bubble right. after staring at it I realized the design was stupid and it needed a downstem in the bottom chamber to make that water bubble. I immidiatly called the diversity and I spoke with Erin and told her what was going on. She said she was leaving for the day and to bring the piece back today and she would see about an exchange. I came in today. (Now remember I work in customer service and Im very professional) and showed her what I was talking about and she was rude from the jump. She was telling me that that is how it was designed and nothing is wrong with it. I have many many water pipes Im quite the collector I know how they work. I even went online and found more style of the same hvy glass piece and it shows the down stem. As soon as i brought that up she told me I should have inspected the piece better before we bought it. Excuse me?! I told her to put water in it. She came back with it with water. I hit it and it whistled!!! You could hear the dry hit!! And she proceeded to tell me it was my fault and I should have paid more attention! Wow. I contacted the Gm and they are being kind of helpful. Its a good chase and I have to drive all over town now but they said they would contact the owner and see what they can do.. I decided to call aces high because they have local glass. Even that lady there said if I had the receipt and it was the next day and an unused $300 piece I should at least be able to excgange it. I told her I would buy a more expensive piece. Its not the money its the quality. And honestly Ive bought better $50 Chinese glass pieces. I just want a working piece!

I went in to get a helix piercing that I planned to make an industrial in the future. I told my piercer this and he told me I would have to stretch it, I thought nothing of it and said okay. When I went home and did my research about stretching cartilage, I found that it is a difficult and somewhat dangerous thing to do. My piercer did not inform me about this. I would have never gotten the piercing with a 20 gauge needle if he had, and would have requested a 14 gauge instead. In addition to this, my mother had her nose pierced 3 months ago, and has been having on going trouble with it ever since, she took the piercing out to change it since it has been long enough, and found that the jewelry she was pierced with was completely black. The salesperson had told her it was stainless steel and would not have ill effects such as discoloration or rust. Obviously this was not true. Once my mother took out the jewelry she was pierced with and put in a new one, her nose piercing has improved greatly. Needless to say I will NOT be coming back to this diversity, and am even iffy about going to their other locations.

I got my cartilage pierced by a girl and she was really welcoming and comforting. It was a great experience. HOWEVER, I went back to get a lower lip piercing, and some guy, (Nick) was the piercer. He was the rudest person I have ever come in contact with as a customer. He sat there fraternizing with some girls while I waited for 15 minutes (when we were the first in the shop). When he decided that he should do his job, he stomped over to the office and coldly looked at me, asking questions in a harsh tone, as if I was an inconvenience. He slammed supplies on the counter and had the audacity to be disrespectful to my mother, who was only trying to make friendly conversation with him. I was so appalled by his negative energy that I decided to ask for my money back and go to a different location. He may be good at his job, but when you lack customer service skills, you are only half an employee.

This is the worst tattoo shop I have ever been to. From the moment I got there the guy gave me attitude cause he was obviously more interested in talking to the 2 girls waiting for him to get off then doing his job. I showed him what I needed and they didnt have it. I asked to see a smaller gauge and he tossed it on the counter while he watched me look at it with his arm crossed. I asked him how much it cost and he told me to "look". It was more expensive then any other shop I had gone to, but I needed it so I told him I would take it. He pointed at the cash register and this is the first shop Ive been to that they dont offer to put the jewelry in for you. I was in the store for maybe a total if 2 minutes but I will NEVER go back. Worst customer service Ive ever received even before I had any tattoos or piercings.

I went into many different tattoo parlors the other day and when I entered this one I was not greeted right away, I had to approach them for them to greet me. And when I asked them about a tattoo for my back and the pricing they responded to me with an attitude for no reason. Now everyone has their bad days and all but it was the whole place that was just rude. I am a customer and you are supposed to welcome me and encourage me to get my tattoo done there and I left right away. I, along with my friends who I told, will never return there due to the horrible customer service.

This place sold us a E Vape I know the sign says all sales are final. However when the tip of the unit got hot and burnt my wife lip then it sparked all they said was we can give you 20 percent off your next purchase. Uh no. I recommend you stay clear from this crooked place as they are selling unsafe Vape machines that are most likely knock offs of the actual brands. Customer service sucks at this location. DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

Watch out for these guys. I got a cleanser drink the small bottle. I should have paid attention they charged me 67 dollars for the biggest cleanser drink. I checked my credit card statement and it said. 67 sold have been 33 dollars. Make sure you check your receipts. If you are uneducated and cant rung the proper one up get a mc Donalds job. Bunch of bs. I will never go here again. Idiots
