We arrived at Starbucks late afternoon today and ordered three drinks one of them peppermint mocha and two hot chocolates for my kids. My drink was fine but the hot chocolates were very watery. One of my kids didnt complain and drank his and the other one wanted his drink replaced. I tasted it and it was disgusting. So I asked one of the gentlemen that were there to make another one and he obliged to make another one. We waited for approximately 25 minutes and try to ask if someones going to make it but everyone was ignoring us. We left Starbucks and went to a Chevron to get him a hot chocolate. In my mind very poor service when you ignore a customer because he wants a drink replaced.

This location ISNT by any means the closest to where I live nor is it the easiest for my commute to work...Any Starbucks can make a latte the same way and make it well. THIS Starbucks location has become MY morning Smile, shot in the arm, "I can make it through the day at a horrible Job" place. They ALL know my name, smile, welcome me EVERY MORNING, laugh with me and make me feel like Im the most IMPORTANT person in the place no matter HOW MANY others are there. I used to own a retail store and know you can train an orangutan, but theyve hired for personality and theyve SCORED. Even if my career takes me in another direction, Ill be leaving EARLY to swing by HERE.

The cashier did not take our names. He said he would bring the breakfast sandwiches out to us. Well, it was Labor Day and really busy. So we sat down to wait. No one ever brought the sandwiches out and pretty soon I saw another guy who came several minutes after us, being served his sandwiches. I went to the pick up counter and our sandwiches were just sitting there. They had been there a while. :( Im used to good Starbucks in Colorado. They know how to serve customers! Overall, Ive never been impressed with any Utah Starbucks location.

Shared Expectations

I really like this Starbucks. The atmosphere is pretty quiet and intimate. It is a good break from the busiest part of bountiful, a quick escape before youre back in the rat race. I dont know that their products are much different from any other Starbucks, but the ambiance is worth the visit.

Awful customer service at Bountiful location. I was sitting for at least 5 minutes waiting for my sandwich. Finally went to the counter to ask for it. It was just sitting there, hiding. All the while the "barista" was filling other orders and didnt even bother to remind me my food was done.

Nathan the manager has really turned this place around in the last few months. Hes the cute bearded barista just ask him for any thing he will take care of you. I have him make me one of his mystery drinks always different and random and always great every time!

This place rocks! Always fast accurate and friendly. One time I spilled my coffee in the parking lot, went back in to buy another and they gave it to me free. Be sure to enter from the back or you could get stuck with people trying to back up!

Everything was really good, but the girl taylor(?I think?) Kinda had a bad attitude. Maybe it was just an off day. But her vibe didnt really feel like she was happy to serve me. Will definitely be back tho.

Nice location, friendly and competent staff and - as always - great coffee. UPDATE: Still my goto for a relaxing Saturday morning latte and snack. Great service, friendly atmosphere and excellent coffee!

Its a decent Starbucks, however the line for the drive through takes way too long and my hot chocolate was only warm when I got it, even sitting in a car it had gotten cold within fifteen minutes.

Sub par coffee yet this store is quick and the baristas are very friendly and kind! Lots of seating inside and outside seating as well. Free Wifi. Great place to get work done.
