I cant say enough good things about the employees and management at the Bountiful, Utah 500 West location. Not only has the customer service been OUTSTANDING for myself, but based on my observations, that customer service is not unique! They treat EVERYONE with respect, willingness to help and most of all smiles. I have become acquainted with one of the managers there, Russ, and Ive never seen a person in retail work as hard as he does to make sure ALL customers are happy! Ive seen him take adverse situations and turn them into helpfulness and kindness and as a result, all parties were MORE than satisfied. Everyone should be happy shopping at a Dollar Tree. How can you beat the prices? :) But, all things being equaled by competitiveness in our society, to me, customer service will ALWAYS define where I shop! Thanks Russ and Roberta and the rest of the staff @ Dollar Tree in Bountiful.

The last 2 times I have called this store to find out if they have 9 volt batteries I was told "YES" and the batteries would be at the checkout or the battery end cap. When I went in the past - NO 9 volt batteries. After I called the store today and was told the 9 volts were in stock I hurried right down. I went to the store to find out NONE of these batteries were in stock!! No one could tell me when they could be reordered either. I went to another Dollar Tree to find out this store does this to customers quite often and the other stores hear about it all the time as customers have to drive out of their way to make up for MIS-information on the phone.

Dirty store, bathroom smelled so strongly like dried urine I couldnt get out of there fast enough. It seemed like people urinate all over the bathroom and no one ever cleans it. SO discusting! Same great prices of $1 for the things I was looking for though. I just hope I never have to use their restroom again!

This is the dirtiest Dollar Tree I have ever seen. You cant even walk through the aisles and to top it off my cashier didnt even bother to get off her cell phone so that I could check out it was ridiculous will never return.

This location is very dirty with unswept and unwashed floors. Boxes of merchandise and empty boxes in every aisle. Will take the short trip to Centerville. No one needs to shop in this mess!

Fantastic place for small items at a bargain price. Shop there 2 or 3 times a week. New items weekly. Try it for sure, you will love it also.

This location is difficult to navigate and is a bit of a mess. The employees are helpful and kind, but they always seem understaffed.

Place is pretty outdated but they still have some of the good old dollar store deals. Id rather go elsewhere when I can though.
