I had an amazing experience with Dr. Cox. Ive been in contacts since I was 8, so its been about 16 years now. For the last few years, Ive noticed halos and my vision just always seemed blurry. So every other eye doctor kept upping my prescription - i was at -8.5 in both eyes, in an attempt to correct that issue. Fast forward to my first time visiting Dr. Cox. Very nice, knowledgeable, and patient. Normally Im used to the doctor rushing to get me out the door, but he was very genuine. He tells me those doctors have been overcompensating, and that I should actually be at about -7.5. I cant believe my prescription was off that much for that long! Anyways, I highly highly recommend Dr. Cox and his team, and they have an incredibly warm and inviting office. I will never go to another eye doctor.

My family of four saw Dr. Cox recently. He was very professional and his personal customer service was above and beyond our expectations. Dr. Cox spent time explaining in detail, and never did me or my family members feel rushed. He is very knowledgeable in his field, and we highly recommend Dr. Cox. As an addendum to my initial review: I contacted Dr. Cox after my office visit regarding ordering prescription swim goggles, and he was extremely helpful assisting me in securing the correct prescription goggles.

Dr. Cox and his staff are always very professional and I love it that they are right down the street from my home. Dr. Cox always explains everything to me in a way I can understand and has a great personality and ability to convey the situation without making you feel worse when you leave. It is also very convenient that they have after work hours which many other offices no longer provide and are further proof he cares and is willing to help us and provide exemplary services to us so we dont have to take time off from work.

I have had some unusual eye problems in the last two years (ingrown eyelash - who knew?) and Dr. Cox has been able to fit me in same-day both times. I couldnt be more grateful, and each time Ive left the office I left relieved (who could ask for more?). Theres something to say when the entire staff remembers you and your family and truly feel like neighbors. I used to work in retail and always tried to cultivate that "neighborhood" feeling but never could in the authentic way that these people do. Thank you guys!

Ive been wearing eyewear for nearly 15 years. This place is the best. Ive always had a hard time recalling doctors names. Especially if theyre so quick to rush me out of the room. But Dr. Cox is memorable. He is very patient. He really takes the time to answer questions and explain things. He is also encouraging, and leaves me feeling better than when I go in. If things dont work, hes eager to suggest ways to fix them. I enjoy going to see this eye doctor and wont recommend anyone else.

Office staff is very courteous from the first phone call. Also they are very accommodating to any special circumstances you may have. I currently am suffering from a pinched nerve and they made sure I would not be in any pain by anything involving my eye appointment. I am so happy I found Dr. Cox! I had an eye emergency and the office I usually go to was less than helpful when I called to try to get in. Dr. Cox was able to get me in the same day and get me out of pain. He provided excellent care that day and was very thorough. He took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The staff at Spring Eye Care is very professional and courteous. Not a long wait time, you are in and out with your appointments. No eye dilation if you do the Optomap which I love because I hate my eyes being dilated. Dr. Cox is very thorough.
