I have used Eyemasters for the last decade and while they have a great selection and a friendly and knowledgeable sales staff, I have found the lab staff sorely lacking. I have yet to have my glasses in on time and/or with the correct Rx. While the managers have been very nice, none have offered any discount on my lost time and/or numerous trips to the store only to find the lenss scuffed or incorrect. This was my last year to use them.

Ive bought glasses at Eyemasters for my children for many years, and many pairs. This time, their ads said "buy one, get one free", when we selected the two pairs ($69.95 for each), we though we would pay $69.95 for those, but the sales man told us we needed to pay $99.95 for both. -- missleading ads!
