IVE BEEN IN THERE TWICE ALREADY TO ORDER GLASSES, THEY HAVE ONE PERSON WORKING AND THEY ALWAYS SEEM OVERWHELMED WHEN THEY HAVE ONE CUSTOMER. ONE LADY GOT A ATTITUE WITH ME BECAUSE I DISPUTED THE PRICE, 25%OFF, AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE I COULDNT DO MATH. (COLLEGE DEGREE OVER HERE). END UP I WAS RIGHT ABOUT THE PRICE.AND SHE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS TAKING TOO LONG N SHE NEEDED TO GET BACK TO THE OTHER CUSTOMER.,SO I JUST NEEDED THEM RUN UP NO PRESCRIPTION OR PAPERWORK JUST TO BUY FRAMES. SO I CAME BACK 20 MIN. LATER N SHE WAS WITH THE SAME CUSTOMER. I CALL TODAY TO ORDER THEM OR ASK WHAT PRESCRIPTION INFO I NEED FROM MY EYE DOCTOR AND TO SEE ABOUT ORDERING THEM OVER THE PHONE, TELLS ME TO CALL BACK IN 20 MIN!!!!! GET MORE PPL IF YOUR GOING TO HAVE A SALE ON YOUR GLASSES!!

Please dont ever go here it took my 3 weeks to get my glasses after calling the place that makes them and getting the run around. The next day I brang them back because I was seeing blurry the manager was not there this day so I had a lady with a heavy accident she said my prescription was right and see the eye doctor again free of charge so I said can you make after 3 pm tomorrow because I work her response was he is all booked and what you like me to do my response was squeeze me its important I already waited 3 weeks for my glasses .thier corporate office is no help either. I paid good. Money for my glasses and still cannot wear them because the need to be fixed. Worst place ever

The prices are excellent and the professionals are very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Yes, you have to wait in line and it can take three weeks to receive your glasses (but I was told this up front), but unless you feel that you are "entitled" to instant service as some kind of birthright, this should not be a problem. I cannot imagine that the gentleman who works there would be rude, but it is possible that he may not have been sufficiently subservient in the eyes of that reviewer. If you want a good price for glasses and can tolerate a wait, come here. If not, go elsewhere and spend more money.

This is the WORST optical center I have ever been to. The wait time was terrible and the old man that works there is soooooo rude. The little lady is sweet but her accent is very thick, its hard to understand her. I will never go there or recommend my friend/family to this place. They seem to have no training on selling eyeglasses. This place should be closed.

Pros- The Dr. and the Theo at the service desk were great. Also the prices are low. Cons- Things seem a bit outdated. It takes three weeks to get your glasses. You can get them faster but you have to pay an extra $25.

I love this place. The "old man" is very knowledgeable and patient, and so is the lady who works there. They are very reasonable. Ive used them many times. They are so much cheaper a small wait is worth it.
