Dont know what everyone else is talking about. I got two pairs of glasses (designer ones to boot) for less than what I would have paid anywhere else. Also, my wife was lucky enough to walk in and have an eye exam. The people at LensCrafters were very patient and helpful. They took the time to let me try on many different styles without ever pushing me to make a decision. They even helped me find a pair that wasnt yet on display - which I ended up buying. As far as the doctor next door, he was AMAZING. Hes new so any bad reviews about the doctor? Its DEFINITELY not who is there now. This doctor was super nice, he must have at tested 12 pair of contacts on my wife who has super-sensitive eyes. Not once did he rush her to "settle" on a pair of contacts. Again, hes been there only a couple of months so take that into consideration when reading the rest of these reviews. I dont think I will ever go anywhere else - the people at this location simply ROCK!

Avoid like the plague! I made an appointment via Lenscrafters online. The office followed up with a phone call wanting my insurance info which I provided twice. They then informed me that they dont accept my insurance even though the Lenscrafters website clearly says that they do.They should be called Moneycrafters since all they care about is getting paid. I cancelled my appointment and will just go back to my regular provider even though I will have to wait a few weeks for my new glasses.

Absolute worst customer service. Waited for someone to acknowledge me, didnt happen until after I was there for at least 10 minutes. Went to get a tray to put my glasses choices into and only then did anyone say hello. Was told Id be next. They took three others before me. I told them that Id been there waiting for awhile and was told I was next Their only reply was, "oh, sorry. " wasnt offered any more help. I guess my husband wont be buying his prescription Oakley sunglasses here.

Drs office is separate but I loved the technology at both places. Drs at Woodlands Eye Pro next door are polite and so very thorough! Most detailed and informative eye exam- EVER! Got a prescription for my first pair of Progressive lenses (sadly, I had no clue I needed them) anyway, ordered my glasses at LensCrafters and I LOVE them so much I got another pair in a different color.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! Dr. was 1 hour late to work for my appt!! Certain appointments are only available at certain times! They also sneak in hidden fees! And the girls at the front desk are awful too! Unfriendly and sit there on facebook obviously! WOULD NOT recommend this office!

This place is horrible. They dont do what they say they are going to do and dont do anything on time. I will never return and suggest you stay away if you dont want to waste time and money on simple eye prescriptions that a trained monkey could do.

Went today during my lunch break. I was helped as soon as I walked in the door. Misty helped me choose the perfect frame for my face and also helped with my insurance coverage. I was in and out in less than an hour. I cant wait to pick up my glasses.

Ive bought a pair of frames and two pairs of lenses. No problems, excellent service. Chawla, Singh, and Associates next door are very good. The doctor spent all the time I needed explaining everything to my satisfaction.

Very poor customer service. They do not have enough associates to assist everyone. When I tried to receive help buying frames, they told me to wait an hour because they were currently too busy.
