The service was horrible ..Jennifer was rude and disrespectful to me and my children. She did not offer to assist us she just handed my son his glasses and talked crazy to me because I asked if he could get some assistance with the fitting of his glasses. She advised me they were fine and they did not need fitting...Someone came and adjusted his glasses. I will not go back to this place EVER....they need customer service reps who are willing to assist patients and reps who are happy just to be working and have a job.

Their service is terrible, I bought resistant glass and they said theyd be here in a week. I dont hear frm them for 3 weeks, I call nd they say they called but I didnt answer, I go up there and they say the company only sent one glass, they tell me to come back next week, I go back and they cut the glass too short, they tell me theyll call me back and they never did, this was a month ago. I do not recommend.

I have been going here for 13 years and the service gets better and better. Always so friendly and helpful, the staff really take their time to help you as an individual. I love coming here because I fell like more than just another paitent at Eyetrends Greenspoint.

bad service! went in on a sat. did eye exam, bought frames cuz ins didnt cover new ones yet, was told glasses would be in by wed. get a call wed that ins wouldnt cover new frames after i paid out of pocket!!! obviously dont know what they r doing.

The Staff is very kind and professional especially the doctor but way too over priced, almost 200 for a "emergency visit"! I dont know if they ripped me off or if its normal but you could go somewhere else for a way cheaper price.

I have been attending this location since 2010. I love it ! How ever the eye exams are a bit higher than other locations. This location does have a fair variety of glasses, including name brands.

Great people but last time I went to louetta location they had buy 1 get 1 free . Greens Rd didnt have that offer this time only 40% still had me over 1000$ .
