I have visited this office twice. The first time was alright. However, my second visit was horrible. I picked up my glasses about 3 weeks after my appointment. I went to wear them about four days afterwards noticing a pin was missing. I took them back to get fixed & they tried to give me a completely different color. I denied so they reordered my glasses. Only to call me to pick them up and then call back & tell me never mind because those were defective as well. Two weeks later they call back & tell me they have a new color in & I should take that one. I denied again still waiting for my color to be shipped in. I never received a call so I called to check on my order.. They claimed to be ready for pickup then, when I arrived I waited for an hour and a half to get my glasses that Id been waiting on for two months. I am never going back to this location. Ever, they seem to be unprofessional and they bring children to work with them. Ive seen toddlers as well as twin newborn babies. Its really awful

I have been going here for a good amount of time unlike some of the other people in the comments rating it low. The staff is friendly, if you have a problem you can call and something is done. They are nice too irl. Yes they do bring their kids to work, but the kids arent touching and grabbing things they arent supposed to. In fact, every time I have ever gone, those kids are calm and doing their own thing or sleeping. So please dont get on here acting like a kid was hanging off your leg or was touching your stuff and etc. They arent even in the waiting section.. They are behind the desk with their mom. Behind the desk where you shouldnt worry. Anyways, the doctor is so good, shes a very nice person. Overall great.

Ridiculous staff and service!!Ive been waiting 10 minutes before opening time ,with my son which I didnt take to school instead I wanted him to come and to see if his glasses fitted right!! there suppose to open up @ 10am..Ive waited for more than 15minutes !!! I wont come over here to this location NO MORE!! And they have babies in the back while at work!??? Either this is a work place or daycare!? Disappointed in this store she didnt even apologize for being late . .

Very friendly staff. Easy to get an appointment. The optometrist seemed very knowledgeable. However, staff was babysitting her children in the front. One obviously had a very dirty diaper and the smell was overwhelming. Weve never gone back.

I have been going here for years. Since I was around the age of 12 or 13 and I am now 21 years of age. I love this place, the workers are so friendly and outgoing and the doctor is just so sweet. Everyone should go to TSO!!!!
