Dr. Pham treats every patient with a sincere and caring interest. He is very thorough with his exam and takes the time to get a comprehensive medical history. He doesnt cut corners and spends a lot of time educating his patients on whole body wellness including nutrition and exercise! He is like a breath of fresh air! His staff are very helpful with selecting the perfect frames and are very friendly and knowledgeable! Located in Midtown and open 6 days a week makes his business very accessible and convenient. I will never go anywhere else for my eye exams and glasses!!

This was a great place to go to especially if you do not have insurance. Great prices and very professional and helpful. I have insurance and vision coverage, however, as you may know vision will not cover medical needs and my medical will not cover anything to do with the eyes and had no option but to go somewhere with a really bad eye infection. I was expecting to pay a ton of money and ended leaving there only paying what most co-pay fees cost and a prescription. Great economic option!

Do not go to this place!!! They have the worst customer service ever!! They are disorganized and have old equipment. I called to refill my prescription and when I got there they had me waiting for over an hour because they LOST MY PRESCRIPTION. After wasting my time waiting, they finally found it in the TRASH CAN!! They did not even apologize for the horrible service and tried making up a prescription to refill my contacts!!! Learn for my mistake of ever going there!!!

My father had an appointment for 9:00. When we were on our way we got a call from Dr. Nguyen rescheduling us for 11:30. When we arrived, even though it was an inconvienience, she was not at the office. So she called to reschedule from her home which is unacceptable. Now, sitting and waiting no one of the staff can get ahold of her. Awful service. Would not reccomend this unprofessional place to anyone.
