TERRIBLE CONSIGNING EXPERIENCE! I dropped off 9 Michael Michael Kors items that were between 1-3 season old and only worn once. They ranged from $68-$248 retail value. I trusted that they would be priced appropriately but I never received the confirmation email to access my account to keep track of my items. After contacting them twice I finally gained access to my account and found out my $248 dress had been listed at the price of $21.00 and I had received $10.50 of thats price when it was purchased. My $98 blouses had been listed at $15 and I recieved $7.50 when they were purchased. I am almost certain an employee decided to price my items at those ridiculous prices and bought them themselves. Otherwise, some VERY lucky customer made off with a brand new $248 dress for $21. In total I am receiving $34 for all 9 items after the $5 set up fee and $1 steam fee. I feel like I have been robbed and taken advantage of and I dont want this to happen to someone else. If you give them items do not leave until you know the price they will list each of your items for. P.s. The $248 dress was worn my Sonja Morgan on the Real Housewives of New York Season 7

I you are trying to sell your clothes make sure to ask about their policy. Basically you have 2 choices: you get 40% of the sale and you get your stuff back if they dont sell it or you get 50% of the sale but you dont get your things back. They say they donate it! If your items dont sell after 1 month they go on sale 25%off. After 2 months they go on sale 50% off. They are polite but not very friendly. When you bring your clothes they make you feel like they are doing a favor to you. They dont even say thank you for bringing your clothes! The other day when I left the store I had both my hands full with things including things I bought there. I was struggling trying to open the door with my back while holding all my things. There were a couple of attendants standing next to me , none of them offered to hold the door for me. Appart from that they have some nice things but I will try to sell my things somewhere else.

Decided to consign a wedding dress here and it was a huge mistake. The experience was both unprofessional and awkward and when I brought the dress home and looked at it in the box I had brought it in, I see the had drug it all over the floor as they were checking it out and from what I could tell, trying it on in the back. At this point its crumpled in a ball and its filthy. All I can say about this place is I am utterly appalled and would never recommend doing business here, either consigning or purchasing.

I ABSOLUTELY HATED my experience with these stores. Horrible customer service and overpriced. I left some items with them to be sold and was not able to pick them up, as their hours of operation are completely unreasonable. They close at 6pm! They donated my items and did not even contact or warn me once. I discourage anyone from shopping here. You are much better off shopping with Clothes Mentor or Platos Closet. I will not do business again with these UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCOMMODATING people.

Terrible customer service. When I walked in I wasnt greeted by anyone. I walked by the cashier area three times, at least, and was never once asked if I needed help or if there was a particular item I was looking for. Shoot, they didnt even give me a smile. Its too bad, because I liked some pieces in there, but I wont buy from a business that doesnt care about their customers. I took my business elsewhere.

OVERPRICED!!! ...and the sales reps attitudes are that of snooty and "uppity" people that think theyre selling the finest original, designer and exclusive wares in the city. Relax folks, its all used!
